Is this fair? The rat and the BMD are on the same tier, but demand-wise, the BMD is worth more.

From a rarity standpoint the pawprint rat is overpaying, but factoring in demand (lack thereof for the rat and heavy for the BMD), unfair to the BMD by quite a bit
