Malum snorted. "Of course. But those things are tough to kill. Luckily, I have back up." He nodded to his own species of shadows. These would keep on going and could take up any form. If you were to slice them in half, they would build back together like playdough and attack again.

Secrets eyes burned. "Perfect,"

"útok!" He ordered the shadows and the sped off into battle.

Secrets grinned evilly as the shadows went off. "glorious chaos." secrets thought then looked around "where's Sapphire," secrets grin slowly grew into a frown. "I really hope she's not betraying us again." he growled.

Brittle snuck up on Sapphire and pinned her to the ground. "you betrayed your friends Sapphire." brittle said planely. "no, no! I swear I didn't!" Sapphire looked away from brittles gaze. "then who's side are you on." brittle tightened her grip on Sapphires shoulders. "Yours! I-I don't know!" sapphire held back tears of guilt and humility. Brittles claws soon sank into Sapphire tough scales. Sapphire closed her eyes and waited for the worst. Until she heard strong beats of wings and a white shimmer. "Whitestone!" sapphire called cheerfully and a slight hint of relief. Whitestone rushed over. " Brittle! What are you doing!? Get off her!" brittle hopped off and glared at Sapphire, not really trusting her. But for a wise old dragon, she did not jump to conclusions. Instead she decided to wait and find all the evedance she needed.

Ternes found Savadria near the lake battling off 60 shadow dwellers at once. Ternes rushed over to help but found it a little difficult to get to her.

Crypton trembled as his mother fought any shadow dragons that came near the den.

Valkor rode ontop of a humans ships mast. Evilly grinning as he purswaded the humans to work with him and his father. He began to beat his tail agenst the mast. "the black beast will rule again, for he was the king of all! He took you away to fine place, where you would be the slave of them all. He ruled the seas the blackened sky and even traveled through the stars." valkors voice was low and rummbly as he sang. Soon all the shadows began to chant the black beasts tune and the island be came a flowing black pot of rythum.

Malum licked a claw. "The shadows will know when they get to her."

"She better not fail us." secrets thought sharpened a few claws on a rock.
