What should I remove for this to be a fair trade?

Remove the Dragon and sorbet, and add a mildish 2010 uncommon,2011/2012 rare to your side since demand for the Lion is extremely high. Get a second opinion though.

The Orange Cerberus is the best bid. Since the Blue Dragon is right above it on the Rares List.
