it's been raining a lot here so I though I'd draw a picture with rain c:
If your wondering about the darker bits, it's like the little makings on a fogged up window from rain droplets c:

The background took me the longest to do, kind of, I redid it two times (the first two times it was like a city) but I ended redoing it again because I'm terrible with backgrounds xD
