This Leaf-bare (Part 1 of a Warriors RP) ACCEPTING

Echosong only lowered her head and closed her soft green eyes. "Yes, I remember your brother very clearly." She shivered at the memory. "Why would he do such a thing?" The older medicine cat looked softly at Swiftpaw, her eyes showed her sympathy. "She is in shock, I know there is a specific herb for it, but I just can't think of it from the top of my head! All this information has my head spining!" She rested her body beside Swiftpaw's, looking over the young apprentice. "Swiftpaw is an easy target, perhaps maybe that's why your brother chose her?" She asked Froststar.

Cloudpaw looked Echosong, his amber eyes pleading, "Please do something. You have to help my sister."

Swiftpaws eyes flashed open briefly, looking blankly at the cats before closing again.

[Fawnie]

Echosong's heart split in two. She forced a reasuring smile to Cloudpaw. "Don't worry, I'll do everything I can." She mewed comforting. She looked down at Swiftpaw when the apprentice opened her eyes. Echosong nudged her. "Hey there, are you okay?" She mewed softly, like a mother comforting her kits. "You're going to have to try and stay awake for me, so Swallowheart (I think that's his name) can't take you away from us." She gently rested her tail on the young apprentice's back. "You're going to be just fine. We're here to help you."

Swiftpaws eyes cracked back open at the sound of Echosongs voice, looking up at her. Her eyes were shrouded in fear for a few heartbeats before she realized that Echosong was not Shallowheart. Swiftpaw mutttered something inaduable but her meowed was a growl as if she was growling at Shallowheart. Her eyes flicked back to Echosong, her paly iccy blue eyes were round and lined with fear, pain and shock, her tiny body shaking.

Echosong gave the apprentice a calming look. "You're safe here, don't worry." She turned to the other Medicine cats. "Fetch me some Thyme if you please, it'll help her shocked nerves and calm her down. And why you're at it, could you please get some Lavender leaves? It's the best remedy in my book for easing the feeling of being nervous, worried, and it relaxes tense muscels." She orderered, urgency rang through her soft voice. She turned back to Swiftpaw. "I'm a highly trained medicine cat and once was a mentor. I am here for your safety and protection, you can trust me." She soothed, running her tail slowly over Swiftpaw's back to calm her. "Now, please." She began very softly, "Tell me all you can."

"EchoSong!" ScarletFang said running in.She nearly tripped flat on her face when she stopped. "I...heard....you....need..a...herb..for shock..." she panted. She got her breath back then said "Here, it's some Chamomile, good for cats in distress." She handed the Chamomile to Echosong. "Is that right?" she asked, hopefully.

[Fawnie]

Echosong purred at Scarletfang. "Ah, Chamomile. Perfect, that'll work just the same." She gave a smile. "Let's see how much you know about your herbs. I'll let you handle the Chamomile. How do you use this herb?" She asked, laying the herb back at Scarletfang's paws.

OOC: I actually don't know XD It's not on my herb list, but I'm sure it works XD

"Well, she's supposed to eat it." ScarletFang said and she walked over to Swiftpaw. "SwiftPaw," ScarletFang said softly "can you please eat this? It tastes good, and it will help you."

Swiftpaw made no reacollection that scarletfang was there. Swiftpaw shivered, her body still trembling. "He...he tried...to kill me." she stuttered, her eyes darting around looking to see if Shallowheart mysteriously appeared. "he..attacked me....but I fought..back." she shivered again the memory replaying in her head. "he..he siad I would die...and I would pay for everything and...others will pay for some stuff..." she Whimpered burying her head in her paws. "it…hurts…everything…hurts"

Lilywing walked away from Froststar, leaving her to the medicine cats. They should know what to do, it's their job after all.
