Tigerclaw smiled, but pulled the mouse away again. "Which direction of the wind are you?" He said, knowing perfectly well she was upwind. The mouse would've smelled her.

Leappaw sighed and went to the other side of the mouse. "Chasing rabbits is so much better. All you have to do is run fast." She muttered as she tried again. She was low, stepping lightly, and downwind. What could Tigerclaw find wrong?

[Moved </3 D:]

Sparrowpelt kept bounding away, catching Honeyleaf's scent once again. "Honeyleaf!" He called, running after her.

Honeyleaf continued, not at all wanting to be found. She ran a good ways, not sure where she was going, but knowing full well she just wanted to get away.

Tigerclaw smiled, yanking the mouse up to his side with a laugh. "Come on, you've got to pounce eventually!" He teased.

Stonefoot slipped into the icy liquid and gave out a short squeak before popping his head up. Even in the shallows, he made himself bob up and down as if he were a leaf. "Look! I'm a fish!" He said, splashing water at Sagewhisker with a paw.

"Honeyleaf!! Please!" Sparrowpelt called again, still following her.

Soon enough, Honeyleaf found herself at the quick-flowing stream. She looked out, the slight drops and bumps and rocks that swirled through her mind like a torrent of pain. She couldn't move her feet, was petrified into place, too caught up in all the nonsense to speak a word or shift at all.

Krystalstripe skidded into camp, "Snowstar! Snowstar!" She yowled, hoping someone knew where she was if she wasn't here.

Sagewhisker laughed, leaping into the cold water playfully, splashing Stonefoot as she did so.

Sparrowpelt skidded to a halt, calling Honeyleaf's name once again. He raced towards her, "What's wrong?" He asked.

Snowstar bounded out of her den, racing up to Krystalstripe's side. "What is it?" She said, flustered and confused.

Stonefoot smiled, ducking under the water and coming up right next to Sagewhisker in a burst of water that exploded in many different directions. "The fish is coming for you!" He cried out playfully, tackling her as he did so.

Honeyleaf couldn't bear to look at Sparrowpelt. She sort of liked him, but she knew she would never be his. And seeing him break the Clan law, well, it had changed something inside her. All those quiet moments came rushing back. It was all too much. She couldn't take it anymore.
"All my life I've been told do this, get that, smile, sit up straight, don't bug them, be quiet, be a good little kitten. I don't want to be somebody else's little toy!" She shrieked, her body lurching forward, but her claws dug into the ground to stop herself. She couldn't throw herself in. She wasn't that strong. She'd always been taught to behave, and now going against her only knowledge was making her insane. "It's like I don't know what's going on. There are memories filling my head. Others making me crazy. My heart being broken time and time again, growing colder and denser and thicker and harder..." She began to breath through gritted teeth, speaking in the same fashion. "I'm nobody's toy anymore though. I'll make my own decisions now. No more good little kitten. No. Only poor, dead little Honeyleaf!" She screamed, shrieking and thrusting herself into the icy torrent of water.

Krystalstripe inhaled, "Eaglepaw and I were out hunting, and we scented dogs! Fresh, and close by!" She exclaimed.
