She looked back at Vanity with a angry gaze.
"What did you say?" she asked and walked toward her with a glare on her and quick steps. Nobody would call her boyfriend something and getting away with it.

Vanity whipped around, glaring at poetry her eyes blazing "That emotionless colt has no idea how other mares heart goes, he only thinks of his own, have fun with an insensitive horse like him!" she yelled at her. "He never so even gave me a chance, he only thinks of himself" Vanity snorted then turned to leave this stallion stealer.

He said with a grim look.
"Vanity, I...I'm sorry i didn't realize how you felt sooner, and i didn't intend on hurting you."
He sighed with a troubled look.

"But this isn't the right way to settle this!"
He shouted, he never felt so frustrated.

"Being bitter and rude isn't right,"
He shouted again.

"I tryed to protect our friendship...I Valued you, Vanity!"
His eyes were full of pain and anger.

"But YOU were the one who stuck up your nose and spit in my face."
He glared,

"And i am DONE trying to repair this."
He said grimmly,
"I don't know what happened to us, Van."
He clenched his eyes and opened them again.

"But this can't go on any more.."

Vanity turned around her ears flat to her head "If he did think of others he would of gave me a chance" She repeated, one more word from that prissy mare and trouble would come.

She flashed back to the times she was with Dexter, sure happy but when her secret came out, he slapped her more than she could ever do, he didn't even pay attention she wanted to her, just one minute of this attention and this wouldn't of happened. he just turned tail back to this mare.

She turned to Dexter, her eyes softening. "You could of at least given me a minutes worth of attention without having her on your mind." her eyes narrowed again. "You couldn't of even given me that.'" she said as she turned to leave, her spirit downed.

"What do you mean with her.. Kissing you?" She asked confused.
She turned worried and more confused as she didn't know how much there was behind those two.
Does she like him? Have they been together? Questions running throught her mind as she looked into Dexters eyes.

He stepped towards her, his face still hard.
"But there is a difference between asking and Demanding it bitterly."
He sighed,
"We had a nice time that day you told me, remember? But everything crashed down after that.."
He looked away,

"And then this happens...Its..Its just not how friends should be.."
He sighed,
"And i don't know how to fix this..."

He paused and looked to Poetry,
"No, No, it wasn't like that, it was a mistake, she didn't mean for it to happen."

"it would of been the same, you would of never came back anyways, you would of went back to her either way, leaving in a marsh." he told him, it would be true, even if she acted different from the beginning, this dreaded mare would be in her place yet again. "Dexter, that was the thing, i never wanted friendship, i got to know you and i liked you-you just couldn't accept that" her face was cold as she looked away.
