Your right in time for this fresh batch of
dark chocolate-blueberry filled croissants!,"

I informed my first customer.
I greeted them with a smile, but they could obviously tell something was getting to me.
I tired shaking the horrible incident from late last night and continued to fill the batches.
As I filled the last batch, I warmed them up in the oven for about five minutes.
That was enough time to start a conversation with this stranger.

"So, hear any more news about the Virus recently?
I know it's new but it's spreading like wildfire!"

Hikaru smelt the air in the bakery, happily grinning as the scent of pastries entered his senses. His thoughts were diverted as he heard the voice of the baker. He sighed.

N-not much, though I wish I knew more.. W-would certainly be helpful, as I'm n-not that enthusiastic about the whole thing..

Hikaru looked down at the ground, his shyness preventing him from speaking without a rather embarrassing stutter. He glanced up once or twice, examining the bakery rather curiously, but tried to avoid eye contact as much as he could. Though, his shyness hardly prevented him from carrying on the conversation.

W-what about you? H-have you heard anything?

(*Dies* I suck at roleplaying. XD)

I walked over to the oven, wrapping my paws in oven mitts.
As soon as the croissants hit the air,
the strong aroma from the blueberries and dark chocolate spread.
I set the tray down on the marble slab-stone counter and took out a rubber spatula.
As I carefully scraped the croissants into the glass display,
I realized I wasn't being very friendly to my customer.
When I finished stacking the croissants,
I plumped one onto a ceramic plate for my guest.

"This one is on me!
By the way, I never caught your name!
My name's Blossom and it's a pleasure to meet you!"

Hikaru peeked up, forcing his shyness back. He managed a faint reply.

R-really? T-thanks, I was kind of hungry; I c-came here from the S-south Faction and h-haven't had anything to eat yet.. O-oh yeah, and I'm H-Hikaru..

He looked down shyly at the croissant, grinning slightly at the delightful smell. He took a bite of it, surprised at how great it smelt. He eagerly took another bite and managed to look up at Blossom.

T-these are really good, I-I wish I could bake this well..

(Sorry its kinda short, I tried to make it as long as possible lol)

It's a lot of pressure being a young baker,
believe it or not!
So, what brings you to the North Faction Hikaru?"

As I patiently waited for a response from him,
I used the rest of the dark chocolate filling to make mini cakes.
I took out some angel food-cake and cut small squares,
using the dark chocolate as the filling.
I iced them with butter cream frosting
and dashed some chocolate sprinkles for some 'pzazz'.

Rose look around the area and sighed, everyone was at home currently, nothing really unusual. She suddenly stopped, she remembered she had order a small bag of chocolate chip cookies from the bakery, she wondered if it had finished. She walked towards the bakery and pushed

open the door and saw two Daeets chatting, she walked over to the counter looking at Blossom and said, " I would like to pick up my cookies, are they done yet? " she turned to the blue male Daeet, she narrowed her eyes and asked, " I haven't seen you around here before, where do you come from? Or did you just came here to live? " She continued, Are you from the South area? " she was afraid that he might be infected, she couldn't trust anyone for now that is, who knows who is telling the truth, she turned to Blossom and sighed, " I am so tired today, tough day or boring day that is. " she said boredly.
