I appeared at the entrance of an alley, staring around. I set one paw into it, but suddenly, dogs came out, surrounding me. My eyes widened, and I could only stare around. They all looked the same.

But then, the leader stepped forward.

I forced myself not to snicker. It's a girl. Not so scary. xD
My name is Deadly Rose, the dog said, her voice hard. Ok. I take back what I said!!! O.O And my Pack and I would like to know- her voice started to rise into a low snarl -why are you here? And who are you?! I could tell she was getting impatient.
Look, I don't know how I got here! I snapped back. The other dogs backed up, and then their shock filled the air. Deadly Rose growled.
Look, City Kid. You know the rules of the alley! Only MY pack, the Alley Pack, can step a single paw in here, and not get surrounded!
Exactly, a cold voice said from behind me. I jerked around, and ended up hitting Deadly Rose with my sick. (Not... really the time... but, um... xD)
D-Dad?!
Rose. Why haven't you killed her yet. It wasn't a question.
She keeps STALLING. Like the other City Kids.
I bit my tongue from screaming out, "HEY!! I'M NOT A CITY KID!!"
Dad sighed. Fine then. If she's not into this Pack or dead by sunset, you know the consequences. Ok. I'll admit it - I was shaking. Rose smirked, and taunted me.
Aw, is the little City Kid scared? But there was a new thing in her voice - fear. I turned around. Dad had left.
No, of course not, I said suddenly, it surprised both of us.
Suddenly, Rose surprised me.
Leave us, she commanded, staring at her Pack members. As they all left, she turned back to me. Come with me, she murmured, staring at me. Her eyes filled with something that I wasn't sure of. She led me into the city, and then... Left. I followed her, and she led me back to my house.
Deadly Rose, I'm sorry. I don't understand. I ran away from here. I don't want to go back!
Rose snickered. Ran away, eh? Oh, nothing new. She looked up at the sky. Great. Just, great. Then she mumbled something under her breath.
What was that last part? I asked, eying her. Rose sighed, staring at me.
Just join us. Please. I'll explain to you later why. I stared at her.
Fine. As long as HE doesn't half to hover around me anymore.
Deal. She then- instead of knocking on the door -went around the back to MY bedroom. I stared at her in confusion, as she climbed up. I narrowed my eyes, and followed her.
Lightning! she called out, staring at the door. It barged open within a second.
HOWDIDYOUGETINHERETHISFAST?! he shrieked.
I'm shocked I caught that, she murmured. We climbed up. She has agreed - ONLY if you stop hovering around both of us.
Who who who. Hold up Deadly Rose. BOTH OF US?! Um... I don't remember that being part of the deal. Dad sighed.
Very well, he snarled. Now get out of my house.
Rose nodded. Thank you. She turned to me, and then jumped out of the window. I sighed, and then did the same, when it hit me - I still had my stick. xD
NOW will you explain? I asked, staring at her.
She sighed. In here, she murmured. She stepped into a place that only my MOM and I knew about. Ok. Now, I'm getting suspicious.
You're probably wondering why I know about this place, don't you?
I nodded.

I stared at her, but then before she could push me, I jumped in. Rose sighed, smiling, then jumped in. But when she landed, the sun set, and...
