Star sighed."I cant takle this life anymore. All I see is pain and suffering... Because of me." She stood up, but wobbled a little. Her head whirled, blackness ready to pounce, but she growled.

"Hey, hey, take it easy." Dante said standing up. "You just got out of a fight your in no condition to walk around." Dante reminded her. His voice was patient, yet it had a sense of firmity showing he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Star snorted and sat down. She sighed."I really cant take it...." her voice faltered and tears sprang into her blue eyes. Her body trembled."I should go join the dead fishes...."

[Ranua]

"The dead fishes?" echoed Dante lifting a brow. He blinked and sighed, sitting beside her. He watched tears stream down her face, and flattening his ears with a sigh he licked her on the head, in a friendly manner. "You don't deserve to join the dead Star...you have too much to offer the living..."

"Just death and hopelessness. What have I ever done to anyone else that is good?" Star asked, stoping the tears. Her head was held high. Her claws scraped the wood restlessly. Her ears pinned back.

"You saved me." Dante said, his expression solemn. His tone was somewhat hollow, though the melody was undefinable...

Star looked at him, her blue eyes surching."How?" Her ears were perked now.

[Ranua]

"Well first of all,when those wolves attacked you helped stop them. The team would be dead without you Star... and secondly, who helped me believe in something I couldn't live without. Something I lost but...I think Ive found again." he smiled. He suddenly put his muzzle against hers and blushed slightly. "I owe you my life for that."

Star smiled."I feel much better, but I cant forget my past." Her eyes locked with his."I never liked of loved anyone in my time. But that will change. I have a better life now, and better friends..."

Dante pulled his muzzle away from hers, flicking his tail. "Good, Im glad your not going emo on me." he said, feeling a bit lighter again. "And Ill be there to help you Star, even when your at your worst, Ill stick by you. Especially then." he said, confidence in his tone.
