Sorry for the lack of desoration and quite random things, I just downloaded GIMP (Again, as I have a new computer now) and started doing this without downloading any more brushes! I found this quite easy, I expected it to be diffficl, but the only difficult bit I had was deleting the pet's backround. And if anyone has questions about anything on GIMP, feel free to PM me as I would gladly help =)
