I read the rules twice. It says nothing about what I asked. Or at least, nothing that made sense.
EDIT: Ah, no wonder I was confused. It was not in the rules, it was in the post below. You should state something about it in the rules to avoid further confusion, as I am obviously not the first to have made the mistake. Somewhat similar to "fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you."
