Arabella barely made it off the horses back without collapsing from exhaustion. She thanked Crystal again, promising to return her things in the morning. "I'm sorry but I'm so very tired," she said with a bit of a smile. "You've really opened my eyes, like a good friend does. Thank you." She smiled once more, then turned and quietly slipped back into the palace, and made her way back up to her room. Once she had changed back into her normal sleepwear, she tumbled into bed and blew out the lamp.

Crystal/ Maid/ Elaydon

Crystal smiled "Okay" she said. Crystal trudged up to her room and fellonto her bed with a thud. She soon fell asleep and had a dream about Alex. She yawned and smiled in her sleep remembering the nights events.

Yawning, Tristan quickly pulled off his disheveled tunic, examining the small red nicks on his forearms. They weren't deep, but they were long. Sighing, he slipped off his belt and dropped it onto the floor, the sheath making a dull clanging sound. He turned as he heard a muffled knock on the door. "Enter," he called. A group of servants came into the room, carrying a tub between them. As they placed the tub onto the polished floor, two maids came in with pitchers of steaming water. They poured the water into the tub, averting their eyes from the prince but blushing all the while. Just before they left, Tristan asked for a set of clean clothes, hoping they wouldn't find anything too fancy or eccentric. One of the maids promised to bring something back soon.

As soon as they left, the prince pulled off the rest of his clothes and slid into the tub with a slow sigh. His aching limbs were soothed by the hot water, and he soon began to drift in his thoughts as he soaked. Since Aiden was.. gone now, that meant he was the eldest prince. Which meant that there was a chance he would have to marry the eldest princess of Avalon. They had met long ago, when they were but toddlers. Her name was Aria Prim Winters. She was as tall as him, and two years older. If they did have to marry, Tristan supposed he could manage. She was pretty and supposedly kind, although he had only watched from afar. One could only guess at another's personality.

After a while, the water began to cool down, his cue for getting out of the tub. He pulled the puffy towels from his bed and wrapped it around his waist, shaking water from his hair. He froze as someone knocked on the door, taking a step back in the shadows. "Come in," he said. The maid from before entered, a set of clean clothes in her hands. He cleared his throat. "You may leave those on the bed. Thank you." he said, slightly embarrassed. The young maid did as she was told, trying to hide a small smile. As the door closed behind her, Tristan crossed the room and slipped into the set of clothes. They were a bit loose on him, but were comfortable enough. He was dressed in a white tunic with puffy sleeves and simple brown britches. It wasn't exactly royal attire, but he like it.

KC went back into the ballroom in search of his eldest sister, Aria. Too late, he forgot that he had ruined his mask earlier, and tried to ignore the prying eyes. Taking a glass and a spoon from a servant's tray, the prince clinked against the flute several times. "Excuse me, may I have everyone's attention?" The band stopped playing and all eyes turned to him. "The Harvest Festival is now over. I hope you enjoyed your night. And good morning!" he said, attempting humor. The crowd chuckled, some seemed surprised at the time. "Please exit out the front entrance and have a safe journey home." he said, dismissing them. They slowly trailed out of the room, chatting and taking their time. Inwardly groaning with frustration, KC searched the cheerful faces until he finally found her. "Aria!" he called, grabbing his sister's arm. "Aria, something happened. We're having a family meeting with Elyadon soon." he explained, not wanting to tell her the whole story in public.

Arabella closed her eyes in the darkness, but a slow moving sense of fear was creeping into her mind. Something's wrong, she thought. She closed her eyes tightly, then ripped back the covers and after pulling on a pair of soft-soled shoes and throwing a shawl over her shoulders, she crept downstairs. She made her way to her brother's rooms, and Serena's; none of them were in their beds. In fact there was no evidence of any of her siblings around anywhere. "What is going on?" she whispered to herself.

Tyler nodded as he got permission to search for princess Arabella in the castle. He got of his horse, tying him to a tree before entering the castle, looking around for the girl he had danced this night with. The knight took a lantern to light the hall he was walking through, soon seeing the silhouette of a person. "Princess Arabella?" he called.

Arabella turned around in the darkened hall to find the Avalon boy she had danced with earlier that night. She walked over to him quickly, still dressed in her long coat. "How did you get here?" she asked searching his face for all the questions that flew through her mind. "Scratch that; do you know where the rest of my siblings are? None of them are here. Are they still in Avalon?"

Tyler bowed for the princess, looking at her with worry washed over his face. "Yes. Your siblings are still at Avalon. I've came to Elyadon to inform you there will be a meeting at the Avalon castle soon. I don't know where it is about, but it seemed urgent, from what I heard from the princes." Tyler looked at her, his facial expression back normal again. "Your parents have already left to Avalon." he added.

"Oh, thank you," she said softly. "Will you ride back with me? I just have to change into proper clothes and then we can leave. That is if you wouldn't mind waiting." She shook her head a bit "I'm sorry my head is just so..." she made a wild hand gesture and hoped he understood what she was trying to say. "I still have so very many questions that need to be answered and they won't stop filling my head up."

Tyler nodded. "I understand, Princess." he replied. "Just be quick, I suppose your brothers and prince KC want to start the meeting soon." Tyler raked a hand through his hair. "And I will travel with you to assure your safety."

"Thank you," she smiled. "I'll be right back." She ran back up the stairs to her room and changed out of her sleepwear and into a pair of dark brown breeches and a thick woolen coat. She pulled her riding boots on and grabbed her bow and a quiver of arrows. Then, she made her way back downstairs to where the Avalon knight was waiting. "I'll just grab my horse and then we're all set to go," she said as she slung the quiver over her shoulder. "By the way, I never got your name."
