Dee was still confused but yet amazed, she had managed to survive another day but with the help from someone who belonged to the dark. She moved the black and white bandage slightly looking at the remainder of her light tattoo; she then looked closely seeing that a small part of it looked like part of the dark tattoo which was probably from her mother... Dee closed her eyes pushing the memories away not wanting to remember them for the moment. She moved the bandage back into place covering up the remainder of her tattoo, her breathing slowed as she drifted into sleep.

Mickey nodded before wrapping her tail around herself, 'Welcome' she said quiety, her head moving down to rest on her front paws, her eyes closing. She was surprisingly tired. Her tail twitched every now and again, as sleep enclosed her.

Mickey rolled over, her wings extended out infront of her. She was enclosed in darkness. She opened her eyes, and yawned widely, showing her gold teeth. She folded her wings and rolled onto her stomach. She looked over Tikaani's body and out of the window. The snow was melting fast, and the sun was rising fast, sending beams of light onto them. She squinted slightly, as she yawned widely again, scratching her tattoo with her paw

Soon Dee woke as sunlight entered the room through the window; she rolled over carefully to see that the ice that was once there was gone. She sat up slowly moving her legs over the bed; Dee tried to make sure that her feet didn't make a noise as she stood up. She looked across the room towards the fire, seeing that it had died out and that he was still asleep in front of it. Dee carefully crept across the floor boards trying not to make a sound; she was nearing the window when a floor board she had stepped on creaked echoing around the room.

Tikaani woke slowly, tongue flickering slightly and somewhat stiffly as he arched his lithe back, wings spreading and single body part uncoiling from his sleeping position. He yawned, eyes still closed, and long, absolutely lethal fangs bared for a brief moment. He closed his mouth again and shuffled his great brown wings, looking around with a bleary-eyed expression.

Dane's ears flickered. His eyes opened. His breathing stooped. But he stayed where he was. Then, out loud, he started to count. 'Ten...nine...eight...run girl' he said, his voice loud and clear, his back still facing her

Mickey snapped her jaw shut, and climbed out of the bed, stretching her body as she did so. With another wide yawn, she said 'Good night's sleep?' to him, rubbing her claws over the large spikes that ran down her spine.

Tikaani grinned and shifted to human, rubbing his lower back with his hands and arching it, smiling slightly at the loud and satisfying crack that sounded. "I always need to do that," he muttered, then smiled at Mickey. "Yes, yes I did; best sleep I've had in a long, long time," he added. "How about you?"

Mickey's eyes widened slightly at the loud crack, and then she smiled. She shifted into the human, a sort of distainful expression on her face. 'Normal' she said, not looking at him. She hated being like this, trapped. But it was nessesary. She moved over to the window, and looked up at the sky. 'Hunting, now' she said, her eyes on the rising sun. It would be too hot to hunt later on.
