Alois climbed in and offered his hand to Lenore again, kneeling down so both of his knees were resting against the ground, making himself shorter so he could reach her hand. The doorway on the carriage was a little bit higher than most so it was hard for Alois to reach down all the way, but he brought himself closer to the ground to reach out. Always the solution.

Alois really didnt know that Claude was feeling jealousy. It was rare of him to even think of grabbing her hand; or anyones, at that, but Alois thought he may as well treat her with some kindness seeing as she helped make him a bit happier. He looked up at Claude and noticed the slight emotion on his butlers face and couldnt help himself from grinning.

at noticing Alois grin, Claude looked away, a very modest thing for him to do. He mentally scolded himself for allowing his emotion to leak out, it was rather indecent for a butler to have...certain emotions for his master.


Drocell smiled and closed his eyes, breathing in Snake's scent
