Hellsing, Deadman Wonderland, Highschool of the Dead, Gun X Sword was good, Elfen Lied(some parts, very gory.) , Soul Eater, Death Note, Darker than Black, Murder Princess, D. Gray-man maybe, Death Note, Black Butler..


all of the above are my absolute favorites, some more gory than others, but like you, I like the more violent ones.

if your into manga, try Rabbit Doubt maybe, or Ibitsu maybe, suppose their more horror, but they're gory and violent too.

Idk if you'd consider Ao No Exorcist/Blue Exorcist too violent, but its a really good anime.
