Cassia~Le Versailles~Youngster
Cassia looked up at Tetsu and smiled politely, trying to make herself seem more authoritative, more like a clanhead's wife. She knew full well it wouldn't work, as she was still slowly adjusting from being a quiet, private girl to a confident bride, but it would take time. When Kamijo placed the tea beside her, she smiled gently and nodded gratefully to her fiance, taking a hesitant sip. It wasn't overly hot, but she left it to cool a little more anyway. She nodded when a song he composed was mentioned. "I would adore hearing it." she said, tilting her head to look at what Oliver was sketching. A portrait of a young girl. It was very good, better than anything she could do. Music was more her forte though.
Emmaline~Nightmare~Child
Watching the scene unfold, Emma felt a decent amount of terror. Lucine was a very powerful woman, and she didn't want to disappoint her. She was just about to run back into the house, when Lisitsa bounded towards her, grabbing her hand and yanking her along, they proceeded to the forest. Emma didn't complain, as she was genuinely interested as to what Lis might do next. It kind of interested her, an unusual event. Pausing and turning her head to one side, Emmaline listened. Although she wasn't very good at discerning certain noise, she felt like she recognized this voice. It was pleasant, and soothing. The tune was familiar too. "I-I think it's Mother. River." she said, her voice uncertain. She peered through the branches, trying to see what might be beyond them.
