The name's Destinee (Des-tin-NEE), born on the beautiful side of the world. Which side, don't know. But it sure is beautiful. Tons of fruit to eat and barely ever predators. Until they killed my father. The day was the worst ever, I was a young Shoebox, just out of my mother's pouch. The day was brilliant, none I have ever seen before, the sky was tainted pink with an orange background. But unlike other days, this day was silent. Silent as ever. Not a scurry came from around, no sounds of morning crickets, not a chirp from a bird.

My mother was never the loud type, always to herself and self-affirmed, but today she was eager. Eager and hungry. Her name was Jo, cream and brown dots speckled her northern body, and black paws rested on her, complimenting her gentle, loving, blue eyes. My father was out, he always went out hunting early in the morning for us. But something must have gone wrong, as he never returned. Never.

The golden sun struck again as the night bloomed in, our stomaches grew louder.
Jo's especially.
Hers almost howled as the night was getting darker, our home, a large oak tree, even seemed hungry.
My mother was digging at the ground, angry, and almost as silent as the day was. There was barely any talking within us two, just some casual sounds and myself fooling around waiting for him. But he never came.

My father's name was Patches, for he was a dark navy blue with neon patches of green and pink, one of his eyes were brown, the other was blind, a very light blue. Patches was the louder type in the family and it how I became almost the opposite of my mother.
He was good-hearted, humoured, and taught me how to find the juiciest fruit from the trees. His brown eye sparkled when he smiles and his blind one might of too, and I think that's how my mother fell for him.

And so as the next day awakened, we heard it. They were here.
The humans.

Name:Utsukushii (means beautiful in japanese.)
Story:Utsukushii was named for her beauty. Everyday dragons came to worship it. 'How trying.' She thought to herself. She was at the age where she needed to have a mate and most of the males came to her just because of her beaty. One day she had ran away from everyone, as she ran and ran she soon had to stop. She fell asleep under a great oak tree. As she started to awake a wolf pounced on her. "Who are you?!" It said snarling. "I am Utsukushii, I mean no harm." She said to the wolf. "I ran away from home and I'm just looking for a place to live." The wolf felt bad for her "Why don't you live with me?" he said, his white fur shining in the sunlight. Ever since then she lived with the wolf happily.

I would name this cute girl Kagayaki, which is Japanese for glow/shine, because of her bright neon colours.
