Iris
She sits down at a empty spot at a table. Her fox makes small noises indicating hes scared. Iris picks him up to try and calm him. She sees there are a few others at the table.

[Canine Hugger]

Aden glanced over to a table then stopped in his tracks. Without a word, he turned to Iba and pried her hands off of the dog's harness. When she questioned what he was doing, he simply remarked that Iba needed to make friends. Taking a hold of the girl's shoulders, Aden led her to the table and helped her sit down. "I will be nearby." He informed her, risking a glance to the others at the table before stepping back to lean against the nearby wall. Bear sauntered over and sat regally next to his master, not seeming bothered by all of the other animals.

Iba looked rather terrified. She didn't know how many people were around her or how close they were. Whether or not they wanted to hurt her was also a mystery in the child's mind. "Hello?" she said in a voice that was barely above a whisper. She hung her head, not wanting to show her cloudy eyes or the fangs she had grown to hate.

"Hi. Are you new here too?" She says quietly and gently. Shes honestly just as nervous as the girl across from her. After all this is her first time at a school. Kitsune sees the bigger dog and digs his nose into iris.

[Canine Hugger]

Iba swallowed a lump of fear that had found its way into her throat. "Yeah." she nodded faintly with her squeaked words. "I'm kind of scared." She admitted bluntly, her fingers tapping nervously into her thighs. Slowly, she lifted her head and looked in the direction the voice had come from. It wasn't a bad guess, but she was a little off, appearing to be looking more over the stranger's shoulder than directly at her.

"I hate to admit it but I'm a little nervous too. I've never been to school before, have you?"

Iba shook her head. "Nope. I've been with Aden for most of my life." She declared with a level of childish dramatization. "But, I think school is supposed to be fun." she muttered quietly with a small shrug.

Aden looked over at the chime of his name. Upon seeing Iba was making friends, he didn't go over. He simply watched from afar to make sure no harm came to the child. After a moment, he knelt down and removed the harness from Bear and replaced it with a heavy duty, thick, black collar. Bear's tongue lolled out of his mouth in a canine grin as he shook out his pelt, grateful to have the weight of the harness off.
