Arabella tore off a piece of the bread and popped it in her mouth before taking his hand. She smiled. "Show me how to dance," she said, beginning to move towards the open area where everyone else was dancing. She looked over at her friend who was still playing music and dancing and surrounded by handsome boys. "I can't promise that I'll be very good, but I'm willing to give it a try," she smiled again, and moved a stray strand of her red hair out of her face.

Your arm." he murmured, too tired to say anything else. He leaned back against the tree next to his brother. Closing his eyes in weariness, the prince took a deep breath. Nick was going to be okay, but Aiden was gone. He opened his eyes slowly, not wanting to return to reality yet, and knelt next to Aiden's body. "This life has now passed away, He is with the Lord today, enjoying a better life anew, their memory shall we carry through, until we again rendezvous." he whispered, leaning inches above his eldest brother's face. Gently pressing his fingers against Aiden's eyelids, he closed them, covering the now hazy blue eyes forever. Blinking hard, Tristan rose and turned to Nick. "He was stabbed through his chest, probably punctured a lung." He kept his eyes low, not willing to let the tears flow once more. "Do you think you'll be able to ride back? We need to hold a conference with both kingdoms. Tonight."

Nick glanced at his arm which had been bandaged with a strip of Tristan's cloak. He sat up against the tree properly and looked as Tristan walked towards Aiden's body and murmured the words of farewell, before closing Aiden's eyes. Nick got up and walked over to Aiden, knelt down and said quietly, "Farewell my dear brother, may we meet again some day." He looked at the wound at Aiden's chest as Tristan described what may have happened and sighed. Aiden, though skilled at hand to hand combat and sword fighting, probably wouldn't have stood a chance against so many rogues. Clutching his wounded arm he stood up and nodded at Tristan. "I should be able to ride back. To Avalon or to Elyadon?"He leaned over to pick up his sword which had fallen out of his hands when he was unconscious. After wiping the blood off with his cloak, he sheathed it and walked towards the way they had come from. Nick marked the closest tree with the sharp stone he had picked up earlier with an 'A'. "Should we take Aiden's body with us or let some men collect it later?" If so, Nick would mark the trees with an 'A' to allow them to know where Aiden was situated when they came back for him.

Raking a bloody hand through his dark hair, the prince sighed heavily before replying to his brother. "We should go back to Avalon. We need to speak with the prince, Prince KC. You remember how that soldier told us who sent them out?" Looking away from his eldest brother's body, the prince said with deep regret, "We'll have to leave Aiden's body here. There's no way to carry it back." He tore off his cloak, draping it over Aiden's body. Tristan stood and stalked back through the trees, finding their horses. The rouges had all been killed, at least the ones that had attacked them. There were no survivors. Knowing with a heavy heart that he would have to tell his sisters, Tristan swiped away the fallen tears and mounted his horse. The brothers rode back into the black night, leaving the lantern in that bloody spot of death.

Aria was peacefully sitting on her canopy bed, she was drawing a picture of the birds that were perched in a tree
outside her window, she had seen them when she entered her room earlier and was so caught up in there beauty she dropped everything she was doing and started to sketch a drawing of them.

I wonder if mother will like it, I did work very hard on it

Ariana thought to herself, hoping for her mothers approval like always.

Ariana was exreamly bored, and didnt know what else to do know that she was done her drawing. Sighing, she placed her sketch book on her vanity and exited her room, walking down the long corridoor of the castle.she roamed the castle grounds for a while, ocassionaly checking outside if anyone she knew was around to talk to.

Nick nodded, Prince KC would be the best person to ask. He coughed and with a last glance at Aiden's body, he followed his brother out of the clearing, just hoping that Aiden's body would still be there by the time they came back. Walking briskly but slow enough to place an 'A' on every second tree they went past, Nick followed Tristan back towards their horses. As he mounted his beast, Nick thought of the pain and shock both kingdoms would feel when the news broke, especially the Elyadon royals. Nick tore a piece off his cloak and bandaged his arm again before setting off after Tristan.

As they passed the markers on the road, Nick knew that the grave news they would bring would only be the start of a chaotic time for both kingdoms. The ride back was much faster, without the gusty wind blowing viciously against them, they covered more distance in a short time. As Nick saw the well lit palace on top of a hill in the distance, he wondered if anyone could feel the pain and sadness the two Elyadon princes felt already, and if they knew in their hearts already, that the Eldest Prince Aiden Lee Kross of Elyadon was gone from this world and onto the next.

[ Well most everyone is at the Avalon Palace for the Harvest Festival. But that's ending in a few hours, so it would be too late for her to travel there. Which kingdom is she from? Could you perhaps state her kingdom, rank, and age in your posts as well? That would be very helpful for all of us.

And P.S. Trex - I'm signing off for the night, just to let you know. But this is probably the best fun I've had in an RP everrr <3 Anyways, I'll be on tomorrow lots :3 ]
