Instead of the green around her eyes can you make it purple?

Can you add her checkered bracelet and collar? and if you can't add her second tail can you put the top green and the bottom black so its kinda like 2 tails? I was also wondering if you could flip it so its facing the other way, so I can have Gir and Akira facing each other in my siggy :3
