A ruby Elkrin that is hunted for his worth... Not only is he stunning but his story made me sad. I immediately sought out the usual for names. Traits, color, fire. It hit me. The most valuable of gemstones that we have discovered on Earth, at least the famous ones. What people hunt for and hope to possess or, if they are kind enough, put on display. Except they did not have any names that clicked, especially as I focused on the Ruby ones. Rosser, Bharany, Timur... Not sure. So I delved deeper! There have been quite a few of the famous rubies found, as well as the most recent ruby deposit, in Namya aka Namyazeik/Nanyazeik.

He is called Zeik. It also reminds me of Sheik, which is an honorable term in Arabic, as well as the name Ezekiel, as I can imagine how regal he will look as an adult as both names are.
