Why does everyone blame the pitbulls??? They are sweet little pups that want to be loved like any other dog... Have you ever watched Pitboss? or Pitbulls and Parolees? They save a lot of pitbulls a day. let alone a week.... They saved the from being in hot sun to in a drainage pipe to tied up in a barrel left to die! Why must people do it to this peticular dog? Why to any animal??? Think if you were them, would you want abused for nothing?????? LEFT TO DIE??? NOTHING TO EAT OR DRINK???? i think not... Please consider Adopting instead of shopping, Not only it saves a animals life but it saves two! When a dog or a cat is adopted it leaves room for a new one <3.... ~Cearia

Exactly <3 I am a 100% animal lover.... i help animal shelters a whole bunch when they really need it..... and i just seen a dog on website that had a mistreated dog on there at my animal shelter.... poor thing

i went to my shelter and went in the pitbull pen, (i was little idk what breed it was) and it loved me then the people came out and said "That dog loves her.... We can never get near her..." and i was like ":) shes so sweet"

While I don't agree with the torture, the breed was made to kill. The breed does matter, to be honest. While some of them defy breed standards, the ones that follow breed standards ARE mean. It was humanity's fault, though. They bred the poor things just to kill. It's sad what some monsters will do for entertainment, ruin a whole Dog's life just for a little fight...

Pitbulls are illegal where I live, but I've seen some people that have obviously ignored this law and have walked them in the local parks. They are amazing dogs, so friendly but however because of the bulk size and large jaws, many think of them as dangerous canines - which, some are...but that's humanity's fault. They don't deserve it. However, it's not only pittie's that are registered as 'evil' but many other dog breeds too (and other species of animals) that also need help, the poor souls. Well...I've been studying on dogs for a while now, and I hope in a few years time to get a job as a shelter worker.

I agree 100%. Pit bulls don't deserve to be abused just because of their past. When pit bulls do kill, it's because they were forced to as a pup, and they grew up fighting. If that ever happens, don't look at the dog. Look at the careless owner who led the dog to it's death.
