Night bounded to Lilac and crouched over her.

Alster brushed against her.

Bird licked SongBird as she kept moving her tail. "She's fine, just bummed since you pulled her away from her blind adventure."

Lilac squeaked. "Hey! What are doing?" The dark shape kept getting closer.

Vitani licked his ear.

Crow relaxed and chuckled.

Lilac squealed as a hawk swooped down and raked it's tallons across Night's face.

Akira woke with a start. "Oh no!" She said and let out a howl: "Hawk in the camp!!" She then grabbed shadow and moon and hid them in the nearest den.

Raven snickered. Then her head whipped toward the camp at the sound of a distressed howl. "Come on!"

Crow crouched over Bird and the pups protectivly when he heard Akira.

Night grabbed it's leg as it did and pulled it down.

Bird curled around her pups.

Akecheta bolted to camp.

"Hate you?!?" Silent said in disbelief. "How can you be sure she hates you?"

Solent bolted after him and stopped him. "No you don't. Unless she's told you or shown it, she doesn't hate you."

Akira ran over to Night and snaped it's wing in half.

Crow stayed where he was, his eyes watching the sky. He knew Night and Akira could handle the hawk.

Raven raced after him.

Lilac turned and bolted toward the den that Akira had put Shadow and Moon. Just as she reached the enterance, another hawk swooped down and snatched her up. It soared away into the sky, Lilac wailing in pain and terror.

Akira turned and bolted in the direction of the hawk, hoping to catch up to it when it landed. Sadly, it was already too far away to track.
