This is a Trichtleaf, my own species I created a while back.
It has a short alligator like snout, but is a mammal. It has birdy wings and a soft, but somewhat scaled belly. They have tiny scissor like appendages on the tips of their tail. These appendages are used to defend oneself in a time of danger c:
But the little antennae on a Trichtleaf's head are where the species got their name! These antennae are used to help see better in the day since Trichtleaf eyes are adapted to dark and they have rather poor vision in day. Their eyes are naturally foggy looking, and can be any pastel colour. They also are very peaceful omnivores, but will fight in numbers when they are being threatened. Otherwise, they will normally fly away from any dangers. They also jump pretty high.
