Crystal smiled, she felt her own tears that were held back coming out. "Me too Princess" then she laugehd a bit and hugged her back, she pulled away and tried to put on a serious '-i'm-gonna-get-you-back-for-this' face "You know your gonna owe me for this right?" she said with a laugh "Oh i'm just kidding, let's go" she said and held Arabella's left hand and led her to the carriage. "Oh and by the way, i know where the chocolate chips are" she said as-a-matter-a-factly.

"Let's go home," she nodded. holding her mask in her hand as she followed Crystal out to the front of the building. She no longer cared if someone seen her without it on, she simply wanted to go home, where she could change out of her dress and eat sweets with her friend. "Let's try and think of the positives of the night," she said, softly as she descended the stone steps out front. "You managed to enchant a prince."

Scrambling towards the eldest prince, Tristan sheathed his sword and quickly knelt by his fallen brother's side. Searching Aiden's eyes urgently, he checked the pulse in his wrist. It was faint, very faint. Reaching backwards for the lantern that the rogues must have dropped, Tristan brought it closer to Aiden's face. "It's us, Aiden, we're here. What happened? Aiden?" he repeated. He wasn't trying to get answers just yet, he needed him to stay awake. To stay alive. The eldest prince gurgled something, but ended up choking and coughing on blood. Shuffling forward on his knees, Tristan wiped away the blood that trickled out of his brother's mouth. Aiden, don't leave us. Come on, stay here." His tone was getting desperate. "Aiden? It me, Tristan, and Nick. Nick's here too. We got rid of the rogues, they're all gone." Tristan's voice was turning into a whine, begging his older sibling to stay alive. But it was all in vain. Tristan wiped away blood from his brother's forehead, trying not to watch the life drain from his eyes. The clear, blue eyes that all three of the Elyadon princes shared.

Nickolas Nathaniel Jonathon Charles ~ Prince ~ Elyadon ~ Age 15

Nick stood silently and watched as Tristan knelt by Aiden's side, checking his pulse and talking to him. Nick's eyes welled up as his eldest brother didn't answer, instead, he started choking and coughing on his own blood. A single tear fell from Nick's clear, blue right eye. He walked over, fallen leaves crunching under his heavy steps and fell down onto his knees beside Tristan. Nick could faintly hear Tristan's voice calling out to Aiden, but all he could look at was the pale white face of his eldest brother and those once warm and energetic eyes. Nick lifted his left hand to hold Aiden's cold hand, "Stay with us brother, don't leave," he whispered. He squeezed Aiden's hand gently. "You still have your whole life ahead of you, stay with us, stay with us..." Nick nearly screamed out the last part before his words were choked by the tears that were now flowing freely. He could see Aiden's eyes look towards him with sadness and sorrow, his emotions showing through that little amount of life that was still swirling around in his eyes. Nick looked away at the far off trees, his eyes closed as they fought against the waves of tears that threatened to keep on coming. Deep inside, Nick knew that his brother wouldn't make it, he was already gone too far from the human world by the time they had reached him. A wind blew past, stinging the open wound he had and although the pain was strong, it wasn't as strong as the pain watching your brother die and you not knowing what had happened and kneeling there helplessly. He felt a slight twitch of Aiden's hand in his and looked back at Aiden and then across to Tristan, fully aware that all three of these blue-eyed brothers knew what would happen next and the drama that would happen soon after, but Nick just sat there holding Aiden's hand, silently enjoying these last precious moments with both his brothers.

(Urgh, I'm getting all emotional here. It's so sad and I'm so close to crying now.)

Tristan had stopped talking, finally accepting that he could do nothing for Aiden. Helplessly searching his brother's eyes, he held on firmly to his hand, which shook slightly. He didn't attempt to hold back his tears, instead they flowed freely, streaming down his cheeks. Aiden was leaving, and he wasn't ever going to return. What were they going to do without him? He had always been the leader, even if the three of them didn't talk much. They were brothers.

Aiden seemed to be struggling to say something important. The second prince leaned closer, straining to make out what he so badly wanted. His sword. Scrambling over to a tree, where Aiden's sword had fallen, Tristan grasped the hilt and wrapped his brother's hands around it. Only Aiden would think of his sword when he was dying. Honor in death was crucial to any knight, and Aiden was the bravest of them all. Tristan watched as the eldest prince curved his lips into a small smile, his eyes flickering between his brothers. The light in his blue eyes faded until there was no life in them. Tristan finally broke down, sobbing over Aiden's chest. His tears fell onto his dead brother, useless. Aiden Lee Kross was gone forever.

Crystal giggled a bit "I don't really care if he is a prince, he's just kind and perfect, amazing!" she said with a laugh. Crystal dipped her head to the driver who opened the doors and asked "Ready to leave already?" Crystal smiled at him "Well the Princess needs some time away in her room, but it was a glorious night" she replied. Crystal smiled as a cat meowed from inside the carriage "Well well a stow away from the stables!" she pet the cat and picked it up carefully, she cradled it as she went inside the carriage , she whispered "Swswswswswsw'' to the cat which seemed to purr louder as it rubbed it's head against her hand. Crystal took off her mask and let the cat play with it.

"Oh, Tam how did you get in here?" she stroked the cats soft head, sending a few hairs flying in the air. She petted his body more and sighed a bit. The rumbling in his furry chest calmed her worries and soothed her mind. She smiled at Crystal. "The stables master let me name him," she explained. "Him and my horse, Abalaide are the best of friends. He's such a mischievous kitty. Aren't you Tam?"

Eldest Princess - 18 - Elyadon
Serena sighed as she stood up after a while. There was no point anymore in being here. She started to walk back to the carriages, not minding she wasn't allowed to travel alone. She wanted to be alone, and she couldn't be alone here. She didn't knew when her brothers would come back, and didn't feel like waiting for them. Serena got into her carriage, telling the driver she wanted to go. The driver was wise enough not to complain about her travelling alone, since he knew he had to obey her anyway. The carriage began to drive and Serena got off her mask, taking out her dark blue cloak and wrapping it around her for extra warmth.

Nick watched silently, his vision blurred by his tears, as Tristan scrambled to get Aiden's sword. Was that what Aiden was mumbling quietly? He watched as the ends of Aiden's mouth curve up into a small smile as his sword was placed in his hands. Always the honorable prince, it was without a doubt that he would want to die in honour. Nick smiled as Aiden's eyes flickered from one prince to another, communicating words that no one would be able to say aloud. Although the three of them were never really close to one another, the strong bond between the three princes was undeniable and would always be there no matter where they were.

As the last spark of life faded from Aiden's eyes, making them a slightly duller blue, Nick froze. He knew that Aiden wouldn't make it but when the time actually came, he wasn't actually mentally prepared for it. Although the impact of Aiden's death wouldn't be as major for him as it would be for Tristan, his life would soon change forever. Nick might very well be trapped in the castle for his whole life. With one prince gone, the kingdom would surely ensure that the two remaining princes were guarded at all times, it would be as if he was a prisoner. Though Nick wouldn't mind the duties that would be thrust upon him, he was worried for Tristan. Would Tristan be able to accept the fact that his freedom was going to be taken away from him? He looked at Tristan who was sobbing uncontrollably next to him. Nick clutched tightly onto Aiden's hand, it was cold and still. A single tear dripped from his eye and dropped onto Aiden's hand but by the time it reached the hand, Nick was already lying on the floor. He had lost too much blood.

(Agreed. We need something happier, but then Nick's getting captured... -.-)

Crystal smiled at Tam "He told me, um Princess may i borrow Moonlady from the stables? I'm going somewhere tomarrow and it will be a far distance you see?" her hands fidgeted nervously. She shifted Tam away from her stomach and looked a the cat, she ran her hands over his ears and back. Crystal thought about Alex seeing her on her horse, 'Tomarrow all those pink petals with be coverin the ground, it will be wonderful' she looked up at Arabella.
