I don't know for sure, but I think this girl has always been Very Rare. I've had her sense when they were originally adopted out, and for months she's been a Very Rare to me. c:

Its because the re-releases. Same thing happened with the moonswirl. Its because numerous people got themso their not exactly 'omgsr' anymore. c:

Normally after a bit they end up going back to omg so rare. I happens every year due to the re releases.

Was Vr, turned rare with the new rarity system, whent back to vr (as shown), now re-release has made it go rare
