"Ok, see ya!" Zev said, waving in his normal, violent way. When Reap was out of sight, Zev turned back into a wolf and ran deep into the forest.

Tanith flew high over the ground, admiring the underworld. She had never been to a place like this before.

Zev

Zev ran deep into the woods, and kept running until he was completely alone. There was nothing living within a mile radius, and the forest was cool, dark and silent. Zev turned back into a human, but for the first time since he came to the academy, he fully morphed. He ran his hand through his hair, relieved not to have wolf ears or a tail like he normally did. It was uncomfortable to keep them, but it helped him keep the little kid image. He sighed, his voice much deeper than the high-pitched voice he normally used.
