Dapplepaw nodded. "Good idea," she meowed as she lunged at a tree. She sunk her claws into the bark of the maple tree and scrambled up to a branch several fox-lengths off the ground. She peered down at Rabbitpaw, who now appeared the size of a mere mouse. "Come on, furball!" she called down the her sister.

"Why can't running up trees be as easy as running on the ground?!" She muttered to herself before climbing up towards her sister.

Bramblepath turned and saw Lynxshadow behind him. "Hello," he said gruffly. He wasn't used to actually being spoken to. He normally faded into the background.

Lynxshadow purred,Walking next to him.."How are you?.." She asked,Cocking her head slight and her tail flickered over the ground softly..

Dapplepaw flicked her tail from side to side as she watched her sister climb the tree trunk. She sighed and waited, trying her very hardest to look overdramatically inpatient, just to mess with Rabbitpaw.

"Fine, I guess," Bramblepath grumbled. "You?" he asked, trying his best to not seem rude to his fellow clan mate.

Rabbitpaw quickly climbed the rest of the way over to her sister and flicked her with her tail. "You should ask Goldenwhisker to show you how to look dramatically impatient, you look the your going to throw up!" Rabbitpaw said, giggling.

Goldenwhisker woke to the commotion outside. He rose and gave Leopardbreeze a light lick between the ears and waltzed out of the warrior's den to find his apprentice and her sister mucking around by a tree. "You should get Goldenwhisker to teach you how to look overdramatically impatient, you look like you're going to throw up!" he heard Rabbitpaw shout from the top of the tree. Goldenwhisker padded by and chuckled at Dapplepaw. "Shall we get going?" he asked the pair, smiling.

"Yeah, but what about Peacockfeather and Leopardbreeze?" Dapplepaw asked her mentor. "Are they coming?"

"Sure, why not?" Bramblepath meowed, rising to his feet. The clan needed fresh-kill more than ever right now, and besides, it would be nice to get out of camp.
