A Squirdlez is a dog like creature with tentacles instead of hind legs. They have a surprising forked tounge, almost like a snake. The ooze venom and poison out of theyre eyes, which do no effect any Squirdlez. They are Carnivours, mainly eating fish and small mammals. Squirdlez range to a Domestication German Shepard to a Large Cow. They are loyal, if treated well. They can swim in water and 'squirm' on land. Gills and Lungs, yep. They usually dont have designs on theyre tentacles, so you would rarely ever see them.
