Decades have past since the era of the four great clans: Thunder, River, Shadow and Wind, have all ceased to exist. However, their codes and stories are immune to the many attempts to destroy them. Always, a cat has managed to escape the endless attacks on the sacred traditions passed down by the generations. New clans rise from these survivors, growing into the very essence of their ancestors clans. They carry on the never ending battle to prevail against all who oppose the warrior code. This is the tale of four newly born clans. MistClan, a clan who lurks in the misty depths of their forest, using its unusual environment to their advantage against enemies. StreamClan, a clever clan who uses the streams that crisscross their territory as a navigation system. RainClan, a clan who's sleek fur and steady paws keep them on their paws and dry in their damp meadows and forests. And DewClan, a clan that uses brute strength to protect their glistening domain from all intruders. These are the four new clans that have come into being, what will their fate be? Will they succeed where others have failed, or fall like the rest to corruption and jealousy?

MistClan cats are the stealthiest of all of the four clans. Their wit and ability to analyse a situation is something this clan is well known for. However, though the MistClan cats are stealthy and hard to detect, they are not specialised in hand to hand combat, and are quick to flee from a battle if they are unable to keep themselves hidden. MistClan cats specialise in working in teams, and often work together to bring down an enemy. Their build is generally lean and sleek, and the MistClan cats have the best eyesight out of all of the clans, due to the fact that their territory is shrouded in an eternal fog, which most felines would find a challenge to navigate through.

The founder of MistClan is one of many characters that are told in the stories of the first cats of MistClan, and many of the stories told will chill the bones of the youngest of kits, and make the elders feel proud that they were part of such a clan. It is said that the founder of MistClan was a descendant of ShadowClan lineage. He was a troublesome cat, regularly sneaking into RiverClan territory and visiting his secret mate, before disappearing into the mists, where no cat could find him. Due to the fact nocat actually knows this feline's name, they resorted calling the cat Mist, or Miststar, and stories of what he did and how he brought his clan together still rest on the tongues of the elders, whom pass them on to their children, so they can pass it on to the next generation. The most commonly told story that warriors are told as kits is the story of Miststar and the murder of his mate, Nightsong, and how he ventured into RiverClan territory and slaughtered the male that killed her, and disappeared without a trace.

ＴＥＲＲＩＴＯＲＹ

x ｏｖｅｒｖｉｅｗ x

MistClan's territory is rather compact, and is home to a variety of tree species, ferns, flowers and shrubs, though the majority of them are cold tolerant plants, due to the cool temperatures MistClan experiences. Many dedicuous plants are in the territory, but frost tolerant plants such a juniper are more commonly seen than the majority of other plants. There are many shrubs, and the MistClan cats use this to their advantage when hunting and fighting, due to the fact they can easily slip away into the territory. Large trees are fairly common for MistClan, and the clan only has two major streams, one closest to StreamClan camp, which needs to be remarked regularly, and another, which is more like just an oversized pond. MistClan's main diet is rabbits, voles, birds and mice, but it's not uncommon for fish to be seen also. Threats are generally rare in MistClan, due to the fact it's nearly impossible to see through the territory, but fox and badger attacks are not unheard of.

• ｍｏｏｎｆａｌｌｓ x
  The Moon Pool, or Moon Falls, is a cave tucked into the small mountains near the center of the four clans. It is a high roofed cave that is quiet spacious. A waterfall runs down the side of the cave into a good sized pool below. During moonhigh the pool of water becomes a crystal pool and is illuminates the cave. The travel there is about a two day journey there and back across all four clans. A steep, cliff is the only way to reach the mouth of the cave, which is littered with gravel and other loose rocks and such. Though it may seem a rather intimidating climb to the shimmering pool, it is in reality very easy to reach. This is where Medicine cats and leaders come to speak with StarClan.
  
  
• ｂｌｕｅｐｏｎｄ x
  Blue Pond is one of the most beautiful areas in MistClan territory, and is in the centre of the clan's territory. It is a large pond, which inevitably, is covered in mist. The water is a deep blue, and there are stones all around, for cats to sit on. There are no fish in this pond, though there are a few aquatic plants here and there, and rabbits, voles and mice reside in dens nearby. On the night of a full moon, cats are forbidden to go to Blue Pond, as it is said that Miststar and his clan visit there, and discuss upcoming prophecies and meet recently deceased cats there to allow them to go into StarClan.
  
  
• ｔｈｅ ｆｏｒｂｉｄｄｅｎ ｆｉｅｌｄｓ x
  Despite the name, the Forbidden Fields aren't actually forbidden. This area is a dark, mistier part of the territory, and it borders StreamClan territory, whose territory begins after the roots of the Lone Tree. The area is a large field, and it is said that a few battles between clans have occurred here. Few cats go into this area, due to the fact it is rather open, and makes MistClan cats feel uncomfortable with the lack of hiding places.
  
  
• ｔｈｅ ｔｒａｉｎｉｎｇ ｈｏｌｌｏｗ x
  The training hollow is a large cave, and is the start of the second stream in MistClan's territory. The start of the river is mostly rocks, and this is where apprentices are taught balancing skills, so they can hide in the trees. The cave goes in further, and there are many gaps and crevices, and apprentices are taught how to hide in plain sight. There is a large area furthest at the back is used for battle training, and there are plenty of ledges for cats to stand on to evade being attacked.
  
  
• ｌｅａｄｅｒ'ｓ ｄｅｎ x
  The den is a large gap in a rock, and it is covered in a variety of plant life. The den is spacious and comfortable, and can easily fit the leader, his mate and at least four kits. It is cool inside the den and the bottom of the den is grass, which has somehow managed to grow without sunlight.
  
  
• ｍｅｄｉｃｉｎｅ ｃａｔ ｄｅｎ x
  The Medicine cat den is a large cave underneath one of the hills in the territory. Out the front is a stack of rocks, which provide easy access to Mist Rock, the area where the leader makes announcements from. It's spacious inside, and cool, the sides of the cave being damp and wet, allowing a constant stream of water for the medicine cat and their patients.
  
  
• ｗａｒｒｉｏｒ'ｓ ｄｅｎ x
  The warrior's den is simply a hole in the ground. It's insulated and warm, and easily fits plenty of warrriors.
  
  
• ａｐｐｒｅｎｔｉｃｅ ｄｅｎ x
  The apprentice den is right in the middle of the Medicine Cat den and the warrior den, and is very big.
  
  
• ｎｕｒｓｅｒｙ ａｎｄ ｅｌｄｅｒ'ｓ ｄｅｎ x
  This den is huge, and has been split into the Nursery and elder's den. It's warm and spacious, and there is a lump of rock which split's the area in two inside. It can easily fit at least fifteen fully grown warriors.

Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ:
Bearstar is an outgoing and straight-shooting kind of cat, who is easily excited and enthusiastic. He is blunt, straightforward and he is very willing to get his paws dirty, being quite the risk taker. Bearstar is a fast-moving, fast-talking kind of cat who likes to get in, sort out a situation and then forget about it as soon as he's done. He can be a bit irresponsible and isn't one to plan things, instead making up solutions as he goes, which can get him into quite a pickle sometimes. With this, Bearstar does not trust his instincts, and is one to question the intuition of others along the way. He gets bored extremely easily, and will be one that takes multiple times to actually finish a task.
Ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ:
Bearstar was born in MistClan, with two brothers and a sister, and was named Bearkit, because he was far too lazy to move to suckle, like a bear. He was the largest of his siblings, and he was the first to become an apprentice, showing that he was able to do things much earlier than what his brothers and sister could. Becoming Bearpaw, the tom was mentored by Feathersong, a fiery she-cat with the love for a fight and a special love for battle training. Naturally, Bearpaw excelled in combat rather than hunting, and unfortunately, Feathersong passed away from greencough a few days before Bearpaw was to become a warrior. Devastated, Bearpaw was without a mentor for three days, and practiced training by himself, in memory of his mentor, and soon became a warrior. At the age of eleven moons, Bearpaw become Bearclaw, due to his rather big paws, and inevitably, rather big claws. Not long after, his siblings become warriors, and each found themselves drifting away from one another. It was only three moons ago that the deputy, Stormpetal passed away, and Mousestar chose Bearclaw as deputy, and he was honored. He was sad however, for his father passed away the next day after drowning in the stream nearby. He was distressed, but pushed himself forward, determined to impress his clan with his strength, since Mousestar was on her last life. It was only a moon ago that the clan battled with rogues, and Mousestar finally joined the ranks of StarClan, and Bearstar became the new leader.
Ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ:
Bearstar is a stocky tom, but he is also one of the tallest cats in the clan. His fur is long and silky, and it's a tabby pattern, aside from the white throat marking at the front of his body. His tail is long, about half the length of his body, and it's quite fluffy and bush, which forces the tom to groom himself rather well every morning before he leaves the den. He has dark yellow eyes, and lacks any rather visible scars.

Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ:
Firefur lives in a world of facts, and lives in the present, always focused on his life, and if things are running smoothly. He values competence and consistency, and tries to stick by the warrior code whenever he can, and always has an expectation of quick results for his efforts. Firefur is self-confident and can be aggressive, having a good insight in regards to what needs to be done to achieve a specific task. He can sometimes be rather demanding and critical, and is likely to point out if someone is doing a bad job. Firefur is blunt and honest, but he does make a special exception for his mate, as he loves her dearly. If Firefur gets weighed down by too much stress, he isolates himself from others, putting himself on a rather pathetic guilt trip of how he feels 'undervalued' and 'misunderstood', and he goes under the impression that his efforts are taken for granted. Though Firefur has no trouble expressing himself, when he is upset, he finds it difficult to explain what's wrong, due to the fact he doesn't want a bruised ego.
Ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ:
Firefur was born of kittypet lineage, his mother being a warrior and his father, you guessed it, a kittypet. He was born in the clan, but his mother did not tell anyone whom his father was, merely stating she did not remember how she conceived a child. The truth was that she actually had feelings for one of the clan cats, but these feelings conflicted with the ones she had for Firefur's father. Firefur was born with two other siblings, but they mysteriously disappeared, and Firefur is under the impression that his mother killed them, as they looked like their father, unlike him, who looked like his mother. He was given the name Firekit for his orange fur, and he distanced himself away from the other kittens, until he became Firepaw. The tom was mentored by Silverstone, a large, surly tabby tom with a love for perfection and balance. Most of Firepaw's time was spent learning how to balance on unstable surfaces rather than fighting and hunting, which is why Firefur has an uncanny skill at keeping himself hidden when he is tracking other cats. However, with the rest of his spare time, Firepaw found himself admiring one of the apprentices from a distance, and her name was Bluepaw. He found her absolutely stunning, but was always far too afraid to go over and have a talk to her, so he merely used his skills to track her when she was alone. One time, when he was following her in the trees, Firepaw misstepped, and found himself tumbling right on top of Bluepaw, and had absolutely no choice but to apologise and explain what he had been doing. The two were an odd duo, and eventually became rather close friends, and the day that Firepaw became Firefur, the tom finally plucked up the courage to tell her how he felt about her.
Ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ: Firefur is a handsome tom, with a muscular build and long body. He has long, soft fur which keeps him warm, and it's coloured a bright orange, hence his name. He's got bright yellow eyes, and a few scars on his pelt.

Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ:
To sum Leafpaw up in one word, it would have to be 'joyful'. As a whole, this lass is a cheerful one. She is more so a realist than the optimistic type, and it can be a bit of a challenge to anger her. But she is still normal, and does get angry, and she does get sad, just like anyone else, but she can usually put her own feelings behind her and move on to the task at hand. She loves to tease and laugh, the first one especially with people that she gets along with. She's got a specialty in sarcastic jokes, but is familiar with time and place, but doesn't mean that she actually puts her logic into place. She can be inconsiderate and selfish, just like any other. She has a general discomfort of large groups (anything over fifteen makes her terribly ill), or perhaps it's a preference of trying to stay alive, without getting mauled to death by a fox. If she is somewhere foreign with new cats, she becomes more cold and standoffish, assessing cats from a distance. If they're too serious, it's sure that Leafpaw will not get along with them. She's good at adjusting to places, as long as she's got some good company, and something to eat. She's fine with sleeping under the stars, and some people say she's rather inconsistent, dropping one interest to pick up another. She's just a tad curious, that's all.

ＰＲＯＰＨＥＣＹ

After the fiftieth rotation around the sun,
The power that keeps them out will be undone,
The Stars will be clouded by the Dark,
The journey, a trap, but must be embarked,
The Dawn and the Bear, trapped between the gates,
To undergo one of the most horrible fates,
No stars, the stars, thunder, river, air and shadow,
Reincarnated to destroy the threat,
But with danger comes death, there will be a price,
Lives will be lost, not once, but twice.

It was once prophecised that once the four main clans (Shadow, River, Thunder and Air) fell, that a threat would come, after the fiftieth rotation around the sun. This was predicted by the four medicine cats of each clan, but it was soon dismissed, and the four cats were laughed at. The four were enraged, and each left the clan and came together, plotting the downfall of the four clans, and this is where our story begins.

Each time a new medicine cat was born, they would receive exactly the same dream, and received exactly the same reaction as the one before, and they would also leave, just like the original four. They would break the warrior code one way or another, and would be sent to the Place of No Stars. Many years passed, and the prophecy was long forgotten, and the four clans destroyed. SkyClan was destroyed not long after.

It has been fifty rotations (or years) since this happened, the threat is near. Oblivious to it all, MistClan is threatened, and Bearstar and Dawnpetal receive a dream that they must go to Moon Falls at once. Upon getting there, both disappear without a trace.

Seven cats are chosen to find them and destroy the threat, each given one special ability which makes them unique to the other. They must succeed, or StarClan help us all.

And with defeat, comes a price. The lives of two cats will be lost to the threat.

Ｒａｎｋ: Warrior

Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ: Birdtail is a very pushy cat. She does not like to settle down during an argument and rarely backs down to a fight. She is currently not interested in a mate but this may change in the future. She respects the majority of all cats older than her, but there is the occasional elder that complains just a bit to much. She is also reckless and charges into battle like nothing can harm her, of coarse she's wrong as most of the time she gets stuck in the medicine cat den with Dawnpetal. She gets irritated very quickly and hates it when she has to be awake while other cats get to sleep, secretly, she tries to wake them up.

Ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ: Birdtail's mother gave birth to a litter of two kits, her brother was still born. Her father was a warrior and she never really had a connection with him. As an apprentice she was trained by a strong fighter and learnt a fair few good battle moves. She is also semi-good at hunting but needs to remember to keep her tail still

Ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ: Birdtail is a tortoiseshell she-cat with dull green eyes. She has a single beige sock on one of her front paws and a patch under her neck of the same colour. She was born with a tail that was quite long that was brown with lighter patches scattered throughout it

Ｃｒｕｓｈ: She doesn't feel the need for another cat yet.

Ｍａｔｅ: No mate

Ｋｉｔｓ: No kits

Ｎａｍｅ: Bramblepaw, because his mother thought he remedied her of the bramble bush he was born next to.

Ｗａｒｒｉｏｒ ｎａｍｅ: Bramblefall, because his pelt reminds me of falling leaves

Ａｇｅ: 8 moons, been an apprentice for 2 moons

Ｒａｎｋ: Apprentice

Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ: Bramblepaw is a cooperative little apprentice who will love you to death if you let him. He has always kept his secrets close to him and won't share them with just anybody. On the outside he seems like a normal apprentice and he usually is. The truth is, his parentage is a little thing he is ashamed of. His mother was a loner, who pretty much left the clans alone; and his father was a promising young warrior from MistClan named Tabbysong. He met his mother, Lily on night on a midnight patrol. He was with other cats but he felt a close attraction to Lily. He was the one sent to chase her off, and he did. He told her she was brave to run go into the clan's territory and they agreed to meet every quarter moon at the same place. One night Lily told Tabbysong she was expecting kits and a few moons later a single kit litter was born with Bramblekit all by himself. Tabbysong brought him back to the Clan but had to stop meeting Lily. He told the Clan the kit was his but only Bearstar knows who the mother was. Tabbysong later died of a poison mouse when Bramblepaw first became and apprentice. Apart from his parents Bramblepaw really tries to be cheerful

Ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ: As a kit Bramblepaw was suckled by another queen, not knowing who his mother was. When he became an apprentice his father told him who his mother was. Bramblepaw took it well, and continued to train hard. When Tabbysong died Bramblepaw was very distraught and started keeping to himself a little more. Over the last moon though, Bramblepaw has started to accept who his is and that he cannot change his heritage.

Ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ: Bramblepaw is a dark ginger tabby with a fuzzy pelt. He has soft yellow eyes and a faint 'M' on his forehead. He also has a weird black spot on the tip of his back left paw and the tip of his tail.

Ｃｒｕｓｈ: No crush for Bramblepaw just yet
