willowfur - 10/10, a nice simple name, good for perhaps a grey-brown cat with no particularly special talents.
moonshine - 1/10, I've already said why I personally don't really like moon-, as the moon and sun are rather sacred to the cats, and sometimes I'll make exceptions, but with the, well interesting suffix of -shine, it provides some unfortunate implications with a certain type of alcoholic drink...I'd just say no to this name altogether, sorry.
thicketfur - 10/10, another name I like that is perfectly simple.
stonefire - 5/10, stone- is fine for a grey cat, but -fire I don't really understand. what would -fire show about the cat's achievements or personality? if they are enthusiastic and opinionated, try -heart. if they are particularly good at fighting, try -claw. I'd really need to know more about the cat to recommend names better, though, heheh.

mintleaf - light grey she-cat with a slight build, a very talented healer and an old medicine cat. relies on her trusty apprentice quite often but can still tend to a whole clan of battle-weary cats herself if she needs to.
rainfang - dark grey tom with light blue, almost clear-looking eyes. well rounded and above average at both hunting and fighting.

mintleaf ;; 8.5/10 I like it. it fits the discription very well, as do all your names, but it seems to be the only form of warrior name that has "mint" as a prefix. I do not see any other suffix with "mint", there for I docked some points for creativity, sorry.
rainfang ;; 8/10 I do like, believe me. I love toms with the prefix "rain", but the flow is a bit iffy. it isn't choppy or anything, it's just sort of like a mini tongue-twister. x3

Hawkswoop : I will admit, I simply don't find 'Swoop' fitting, but the name itself is not half bad: 7/10
Darksun: Ignoring typical name rules, I shall say this- I very much so like this name: 9/10
Creeksplash: I will admit I've seen this name, I'm pretty sur ebefore- but even still, I'm lovin' it : 8/10

Steelpelt: Large Silver tom, with blue eyes. His underbelly and muzzle are a darker sort of grey.
Oliveleap: A pretty black cat, with a white left front paw. She's swift, but small.
Mintleaf: A smart medicine cat, with a love of herbs and helping other cats. Her pelt is pretty, and mottled with browns.
