Know that concert I was supposed to go to? Yeah, I didn't.
My mom got "sick" during the day, and then she told me my cousin should take me. My cousin drove down to the state capital which is in the complete opposite direction of where the concert was. She was like, five miles from the capital and was like, "Are we going the right way?" I was like, I dunno, where are we? Her: 5 miles from the capital. NO WE ARE NOT GOING THE RIGHT WAY, WERE WE EVER GOING THE RIGHT WAY? BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU KNEW HOW TO GET THERE, BUT YOU DROVE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. And by that time there was no way we would've made it to the concert on time so she just TURNED AROUND and went BACK HOME. We were right by the capital, she could have at least stopped somewhere to eat rather than wasting all the gas (neither one of us had eaten anything yet). I walked in the house and my mom is sitting there PERFECTLY FINE. She was like, I took Tylenol and I feel better now. Me: Are you effing kidding me? You couldn't have done that before and just driven us to the concert. we already bought the tickets, so rather than wasting three quarters of a tank of gas and rather than wasting over a hundred dollars on tickets, you could have just flipping taken the Tylenol BEFORE we left and driven us there and gone to this concert? No. You didn't. Wow. AND THEN she spent the next hour yelling at me and telling me what I should have done. I WASN'T FLIPPING DRIVING. I DON'T HAVE ANY FLIPPING CONTROL OVER WHAT WE DID OR DIDN'T DO OKAY? IF I WERE MY COUSIN, I WOULD'VE AT LEAST STOPPED SOMEWHERE TO EAT OR, BECAUSE THERE WAS STILL LIKE, AN HOUR OR TWO BEFORE THE CONCERT, I WOULD'VE EVEN ASKED FOR DIRECTIONS TO GET THERE FASTER. BUT NO. I WASN'T DRIVING! I AM WELL AWARE OF WHAT WE SHOULD HAVE DONE. IT ISN'T MY FAULT. STOP YELLING AT ME.
And my teacher has decided that his nickname for me is the "Herman's Hermits" and that's just lovely. I'm a hermit. Had I gone to the concert, I could have still been sleeping, but instead I was taking 4 TESTS IN A ROW. FOUR. F.O.U.R. FHSIHZICXJIVKFKSDJKFJSDIEITHIHGDSJF Seriously. I'm not happy.
