I once saw something like that, a dress up anime contest.
I entered my CS Fai D Flourite, but in the end, a Hetalia America won the grand prize. I have to say, it was an amazing and dead on dress up!

Do you still have that pet dresses up? I'd love to see it :3

Btw, is there any winter 2012/2013 anime you're looking forward to? I have checked out most of the titles, but nothing really caught my eye.

I'm also going to watch Karneval (it already came out) because I read the manga and I'll probably check out Amnesia for all the bishes, but I don't have high expectations for it.
