The dog is worth about a late-mid 09 rare, or 2-3 late 09 uncommons. The rat is worth an early 09 rare or 2-3 early 09 uncommons.

Your first question doesnt belong in this thread. It's a clear 'what i need to do to be fair' question and it belong in the FTT. You'd need to add at least a sorbet, tho.

This question belongs in the fair trade thread, but no, you can get more. A purple toxic is worth about 3.5 yellow toxics. So they need to add at least a nonballoon for it to be fair.

early 09 very rare, i'd say. They are quite wanted from what i've seen.

No, it hasn't nor will it ever unless demand plummeted greatly, forcing it to move.

Just because somethings rarity goes down does not mean it's suddenly worth less. If the BA's rarity would go back down to rare, will people suddenly start paying less? No. The same counts for every other pet on the list.
