"You know foxpaw,.. Rosepaw is now Roseheart."she said to her apprentice"Youve just been apprenticed. She won't know it's you. She think you're dead. And I forbid you from telling her anything."
Icestar looked up at Foxpaw with stony eyes, though there was sadness in them

[raccoon bandit]

Foxpaw shook his head, dignifying himself. He frowned, "I won't tell her I'm Foxpaw." He said quickly, and galloped off towards the border. After a few heartbeats, he arrived at the Willowclan border. "Hello.?" He cooed.

[Brooketail]

Roseheart was on her side of the border fishing. She looked across the river curiously at the apprentice. "Yes?"she asked politely. Her fur was glimmering in the sunlight and her eyes were filled with happiness and curiosity.

[raccoon bandit]

"I-I am lost.." Foxpaw cooed, rolling over onto his back and exposing his white belly to the she-cat. "M-My name is.. Uhh.. Briarkit.." The apprentice stuttered. "Could you help me with something..?"

[Brooketail]

Roseheart looked slightly skeptical."You're a Snowclan kit then?"she said"I can't come across the border, but I can give you directions. If you go past...[insert rest of directions here]"

[raccoon bandit]

Foxpaw frowned. "That's not what I needed help with.!" He chided impatiently, and leaped onto the trunk of a tree right on the scent line. "I need help with climbing, and my mentor won't help me.."

[Brooketail]

"First if all, you just said you were lost. Second, you just said you were a kit!"she hissed and watched him with untrusting eyes as he almost crossed the border.

Foxpaw frowned. "Fine." He snapped, leaping back onto his side of territory. "I guess you've just become heartless since we last met." The apprentice snickered, taking a step away from the she-cat.

[Brooketail]

She paused"last met?!"Roseheart said"But I've never met you before!"

"Whatever.." Foxpaw hissed, and took another step. "You probably wouldn't remember anyways.."
