i've been wanting to watch Vampire Knight, but reading previous stuff, is it any good ? or a long drawn out time wasting freak fest ? really don't like those much, semi disliked that about Soul Eater too. drug on too long in my opinion...

I have stopped reading Vampire Knight after 40 chapters (will get back to it someday), but I've seen both seasons of the anime and I think it's a waste of time. The story is good, but it feels like it was made in a hurry, when VK was still very popular, just to earn money. The animation and art are really bad at times. Manga is way better.

I have stopped reading Vampire Knight after 40 chapters (will get back to it someday), but I've seen both seasons of the anime and I think it's a waste of time. The story is good, but it feels like it was made in a hurry, when VK was still very popular, just to earn money. The animation and art are really bad at times. Manga is way better.

i'll look for the manga on mangahere... i tried finding it on netflix, and once it wasn't there, gave up on it. but recently i've been hearing people talk about it. i actually can't/have a hard time finding any episodes... so may as well read the manga. i half thought it might be like D. Gray-man or something, (oops..)

@Chewy-: I didn't read Vampire Knight, but I thing the anime is ok => in my opinion it only gets messed up afterwards (looked at some pages of the manga).

I only saw a couple of episodes of D. Gray-man, but I don't really see any resemblance between them. VK is more like Twilight (drama + vampires, two guys in love with one girl etc.), but without sparking and with a pretty cool, bloody side.

Naala -> so perhaps watch a few episodes, and see how i like it. 'cause the few things i've seen, does look kool, but read a lot of peoples comments about it.

Feiris - > always hated on Twilight, XD but seeing as i enjoy the more bloody parts of animes and stuff, maybe i'll try and find the first episode, see how i like it.. but for sure going to find the manga. ^_^
