I used a tablet (Bamboo Pen & Touch). But only with my most recent drawings, before that I drew with a mouse. :3

This is amazing. ^_^ A beautiful idea, too.
Although I do have a piece of critique - maybe you should make the chest (just after the legs) a bit larger, and just before the hind legs, make the body 'dip into' the legs, since the body looks a tiny bit stiff/straight. :3 Other than that your dragon(?) looks amazing. <3
