I got it at Walmart, if you're interested in making one. Who cares if it came from the guy's clothing section, it's the perfect style and perfect color of blue.
Oh, and if my idea with the sponge works, I'll post a tutorial somewhere on how to do it. c:
(You know the frost that's on Jack's hoodie? Yeah, I thought I might be able to create the same effect by lightly brushing the hoodie with a sponge lightly covered in white fabric paint.)
