But tell me this; why didn't Frodo's Mithril protect him when Shelob stung him in Return of the King? I mean, he was wearing it, wasn't he? Personally, I think P.J. simply forgot about it.
In the book it says he was stabbed in the neck, but in the movie he was stabbed in the chest.

The first time I watched fellowship of the ring (Before I read the books) I thought that when Gandalf said "I have a better use for you" he meant that he was going to turn Sam into a horse, because in the next scene it was just him, fro fro and a horse...
I am almost in tears again after the part of the fellowship of the ring where Gandalf falls. Boromir (<3) says "Give them a moment for pity's sake!" which means he actually cared for the hobbit's feelings. Poor Boro.
