My Dec'18th Rat hasn't grown yet but I know its the Skull Rat, this is my first time with a pet from any list, so I really don't know its worth, at all.

I know its From August 2008, Very Rare, and I think Midway up the September List

Roughly
How many Non-list rares would = Skull Rat (since someone without List pets has made a offer on it)
How many Advent lists would = Skull Rat

I know it maybe hard since other pets demand, but I mean as a minimum what kind of offer should I be looking at accepting?
And can anyone tell me what the gaps between tiers are worth?.. So if I wanted to trade up the Sept list for the next tier (Lime Ice Rat) how many pets should I add? or if I want to trade down what would someone need to add for that gap?

Joker Bunny + Pink Sorbet = ?
Also, on the rares list guide, it says that the nons go for three sorbets. I was wondering which sorbet this is talking about?

Sorbets are pretty swapable, so it's basically any 3 sorbets C:

Joker bun + pink sorbet is around CE level i think. Might want to get another opinion on that because i'm not quite sure OTL
