J a y e p a w jumped and turned to face the white tabby. "Oh. Hey Silentpaw... Wow your name doesn't lie." he laughed. "I didn't hear you.That would be great for a sneak attack!" "But what are you doing out here?" Jayepaw decided he was talkinoo much and closed his mou. Thou questions were still pouring about and around in his mind.

"I was just gonna go hunting." She shrugs. "And I guess I could." She says with a smile, her blue eyes flitting around the trees, watvhing the birds.

J a y e p a w "My mom taught me a great way to catch birds, wanna try to catch some?" he asked politely. suddenly his paw slammed down on the ground. When he lifted it, there was a very small mouse laying there. "It's still alive. I don't want to kill it though.. It's so small.." Jayepaw threw the mouse into a bush and it limped away.

Duskshard blinked at the silver tabby before him, ears slightly back as she took out her stress. When she was finished, Duskshard gave his head a small tilt. "May I speak now?" He asked with a half smile, despite the the tense moment. Duskshard got to his paws and fixed her with a small glare. "Now listen, I never said anything bad about Adderpaw, I think he'll be a great warrior as well. I was just saying it because that's what he was born as. Not saying he can't change that or anything but that 's what he at the moment." He said in a soft, but stern voice. He tilted his head a tad, eyes softening. "You're part kittypet?" Duskshard asked quietly. He found no shame in that, but it just seemed almost like she hadn't told anyone.

"Say one thing about it around camp and everyone will start talking again." A small bit of fear and worry flashed in her eyes despite her fearless voice. Softfeather flciked her tail tip back and forth, holding Darkshards voice with her own icy blue-sliver gaze. If this tom said one little word about Smallfire falling in love with a kittypet, the silver tabby and her father would be talked about behind Softfeathers back, not to mention some cats will treat her like she was worth less then dirt.

Duskshard nodded, his greenish blue gaze locking with Softfeather's. "No problem." He purred lightly before standing up. "I am curious though, on how you got your name." He smirked a tad, tail flicking at the silver tabby. "It just doesn't seem like you." In Duskshard's mind, Softfeather seemed like the almost opposite of her personality. Though, Duskshard didn't mind. He preferred she-cats to have a bit of spunk.

Softfeather flicked her ear, her gaze hardining once again. "My soft fur. Smallfire picked my name because of my fur, though feather came from something else." Softfeather half mumbled as she spoke, she loved her name, but never liked talking about it. She let out a small sigh, "It was also chosen because my.. Kittypet," she spit the word, name used to be.. Tebby Bear." Softfeather dug her claws into the dirt again, Twolegs came up with such mouse-brained names for their little kittypet play things.

Duskshard was nodding his head pleasantly as he listened to Softfeather, but when she mentioned her kittypet name, he nearly chocked. "Tebby Bear?" He coughed slightly, his tail flicking as he tried to regain his composure. "Tebby Bear..." He mumbled to himself with a chuckle. Darkshard cleared his throat once, ears going back slightly. "Sorry.." He mumbled, a small smile inching up his muzzle.

With a flick of her tail tip, the silver tabby sat down once again. She made her fur lay falt as she spoke again. "Is there anything you want to say while I can mange myself?"
