S n o w h e a r t took a step toward her brother and waved to him. He hurried over. "Hey Jaye..paw." she still wasn't used to calling her brother that. She had called him Jaye all her life. "Want to do some walking?" she asked. The young apprentice shook his head, "I'm trying out some new techniques." Snowheart almost laughed. Her little brother was so... small. The only possible technique he could use was play dead. Wait that would hardly work, maybe leap- and- hold. Yeah he could do that without a problem. He was already very clingy. She snickered, "You do that.." She started walking to the edge of the territory, Lonetree. She usually did this to get away from everything, but by now she was just bored. She was engulfed in the mist, her pelt pretty much blending in, but her piercing eyes watching. She flicked her tail and walked back to where her brother had been. She then heard a little "Roar!" and suddenly something was on her back. She instintively dropped and rolled, and her brother landed beside her. "So how did I do? Huh?" Snowheart glared at him, "Don't do that! At least not to me anyway, but you did well. Next time, don't roar." Jaye nodded as if taking mental notes, which, knowing him, he probably was.

J a y e p a w turned to see his sister waving at him. He bounded over and she grinned at him."Hey Jaye.. paw." Jayepaw hated being caled Jaye, but he knew his sister was trying to adjust. "Want to go walking?" He politely declined with a mischevious look in his eye. "I'm trying some new techniques." He could tell she was trying hard not to laugh. Well the joke would be on her! She snickered and started to walk off. "You do that.." Jayepaw knew where she was going and rolled his eyes. Jayepaw hid behind a bush, his green eyes peering out from behind a leaf. When Snowheart wandered back, he roared and leaped, clinging onto her. Without a moment's hesitation, his sister rolled and he jumped off. "So how did I do!? Huh? How'd I do!?" Snowheart glared at him, which scared him a little. "Don't do that! Not to me anyway. And you did well. But next time, don't roar." Jayepaw made a mental note not to roar next time.

The sleek, silver tabby yawned lightly. At this point, if he wasn't drafted into a patrol or a hunt, he would have free time till around high-noonish. Stretching his forelegs out in front of him; his greenish eyes flashed over to where Bonestar was occupied before he started out into the woods. He didn't want to be a bother, but watching other mentors with their apprentices helped him gather what he might need to know, if he got one. Duskshard started out on into the woods with his tail twirling behind him. He loved the woods, loved feeling totally hidden by the ferns and the plants. He twitched his whiskers as he scented a vole nearby. Let it go, you don't need it at the moment. He thought to himself as he caught another scent. Softfeather?

Softfeather slowed and trotted along, a scent reaching her noise. She picked it out from all the mingled scents of the forest, she realized it was a vole. Yet Softfeather could pick out another scent, a cats scent. Guessing to was from a patrol, she followed the voles scent, only to realize she cold now get the scent of Dusksharde.

Duskshard stopped walking when he had come within meowing distance with Softfeather. "Hey." He called out, aware that Fallpaw wasn't with her, her scent was only from earlier when they must have walked to the training grounds. "Where's Fallpaw?" Duskshard asked as he trotted forward, closing the rest of the space between them.

"She's battle training with Whitepool and Adderpaw." Softfeather took a step towards Duskshard, the sat down on the soft forest floor. "Were you out here hunting? Sorry if I disturbed any of the prey." She looked away, her head a bit ducked as she spoke. Softfeather could mess things up for her Clan-mates more the she liked to.

Duskshard shook his head slightly. "No, I was just heading the the training grounds. I was going to check up on Fallpaw." He said with a small smile before tilting his head. "Isn't Adderpaw the mixed clan kit?" Duskshard questioned, sitting down as well with his tail slightly sweeping the grass behind him.

"What wrong with being half Clan?" Softfeather growled, her eyes narrowing as she swung her head around to look at Duskshard. Her silver tabby fur bristled and she jumped to her paws, her claws unsheathed. "Adderpaw will be a great Warrior, it doesn't matter who your parents were, or what they did, all that matters is who you are and what you do. He may be a bit shy and odd around the other Apprentices, but maybe that's because most cats call him a half-Claned kit. I just don't think it's fair that he's judged by who his parents were!" Softfeather half rambled on, her anger slight growing with each word. "I-I'm half kittypet but that doesn't mean I'm not loyal to StreamClan," she hated herself for going there, she had sworn to Smallfire that she never would, but she still went on, "Adderpaw will prove to be the best Warrior he can be." Softfeather finish with a smal huff and lash of her tail.
