StormCloud scoured the border when she finally spotted Kyrano, she lept out the undergrowth at him, slamming into his side.

:Silverstone: -Silverstone walks with Bramblethorn to the leader's den- "Emeraldpaw scented a dog in our territory. Bramblethorn followed the scent and it led to a twoleg den. We think that it might come back. We just wanted to warn the clan about it." Silverstone says, and leaves the leader's den.

[Thunder.]

Kyrano growled, shaking the she-cat off, snarling. He raised one paw, poised to strike. He did not recognize this cat, so it must be an enemy. He struck a front paw blow on the head, claws unsheathed. He then leaped up onto a tree. He was very light and an easy jumper; he climbed higher and higher, too high for the she-cat to reach. He then jumped, landing on another tree branch further away before climbing down, far from the she-cat. But then he bumped into another cat, a black tom.

Shadowfang snarled. A tom bumped into him, reared up on his hind legs. Instantly Shadowfang crashed into his belly, sending him down. Shadowfang pinned him down. "How dare you set paw on out territory?" he demanded angrily.

[Huntress13]

StormCloud grunted, feeling a particully painful patch on her head. She snarled and raced in the direction the cat had taken, she lept out of the undergrowth to land neatly a few feet away from where ShadowFang had the Tom pinned.

[Thunder.]

Kyrano grunted angrily, pain came as the black cat's claws sank into his pelt. They were sharp alright. He had smoldering amber eyes, almost red. The she-cat he had fought came close to him. Kyrano's russet pelt bristled. "I wasn't going to steal any prey! I only crossed the border chasing a squirrel. It wasn't even worth it!" he yowled angrily. As the black tom hesitated he got up, and leaped onto him. He tussled with him until Kyrano was pinned down again. He twitched his tail and ran off, only to be caught again. "Stay out of our territory!" threatened the smoky warrior.

But Kyrano didn't give up. "Fine. See if I care. And if I ever see you scarred and defeated, I won't help." the tom hesitated. "Okay, fine. I'm sorry. Just get out of our territory and I won't hurt you, then." Kyrano nodded in acceptance. "I'm Kyrano, by the way. Who are you, and what Clan is this?" he called as he padded towards the border. The warrior said his name was Shadowfang of CloudClan. This was a strange Clan; most others were hostile.

Kyrano walked away from the CloudClan border and into his den. A confrontation with a warrior's patrol. A day this was to Kyrano.

StormCloud watched the exchange between the two toms and stepped back to allow Kyrano to pass. She looked back at ShadowFang for a moment before quietly padding off along the border a bit, shaking her head to rid the ache.

[Thunder.]

Shadowfang looked at Stormcloud's wound. "Let Thunderheart take a look," he meowed, naming the medicine cat.

[Huntress13]

StormCloud looked back for a second and shook her head. "No, I'll be fine. It's just a scratch " she said.

[Thunder.]

Shadowfang insisted that she would see Thunderheart. "Come on, you know I'm right."

StormCloud stopped and growled but turned around. "I know your being annoying" she said to him but slowely headed towards camp.
