you know how you keep saying red is "hard?" i beat him with...
lv.70 ho-oh (blastoise,lapras,venesaur,snorlax)
lv.58 lugia (charizard)
lv.58 meganium (blastoise and lapras took serious damage)
lv.58 groudon (pikachu)
lv.58 red gyradose (didn't do anything but help use healers)
lv.58 giratina (helped with snorlax, but pretty much was useless)
used like 6 full restores and 5 max revives
so what pokemon did you use?

The city directly east of the blocked cave has the radio tower. After you defeat all possibly accessible city's there will be a man there that will give you the upgrade card. C:
I'm not sure how many leaders there are to beat before that, four I think, but try going to as many cities as possible and defeat as many leaders as you can get to. C:
ID I is a lazy trainer, so I haven't tried to beat scary-level-pokemon-having man yet XD

Wow. I sent a whole bunch of legends that are lv 100. I used giratina, deoxys, my garchomp, my sceptile, my espeon(who kicks butt)my raichu, and my dialga. He was easy, he took all my hard hits and dropped dead. Where does he go after u beat him? I cant find him on top of mount silver anymore
