You can't see the cat aginst the black BG And the fill buket makes it look Not as great as it could be.

I can and I don't think she used fill bucket she may have (just guessing you are female)

I colored it in without fill bucket. The white lines are lightning if your wondering. And there is no black BG. It's dark grey and it's used to show the glowing and clouds better.

Then there is something wrong with your computer because everyone else can view it perfectly fine.

No I usually have a good computer. Maybe you should make a lighter Background maybe a light but not too light gray

No because that would ruin it and make the effects not look very good.
