Also, can an analysis truly fit someone spot-on and fit their vibe, but still not be the right form? 'Cause I've heard cases of the thing fitting perfectly but it's all wrong vibe-wise. And I'm debating cap lately, as y'all may or may not know, but the analysis still fits all the way, and so does the vibe. So I'm at a bit of a crossroads here.

I've always felt thylacine fit me in analysis and vibe (I did my own research too,) but I never took it as a serious form because of some serious Forer bias going on since that's what my fursona and one of my theriotypes is.

I'm paranoid of Forer.

Going back on the questions:

Comforting Other People: Apparently I'm better at it than I would guess. Mostly I like to distract and make jokes about things. I had a friend who was having a breakdown over a bad result on her clarinet solo - I had her blow her nose into the adjudication sheet. I don't coddle. I just don't like that.

Rhisii is a constant stream of sarcasm. Our relationship is built on a sibling-like rivalry over the stupidest things and affectionate ribbing. Rhisii's area of expertise is looking down and commenting on how to fix things - but not in a "coddling" way. Again, I don't like to coddle people, I don't like to be coddled. *shrug* Mostly he commentates. It's not OVERLY snarky - it's not the only facet to his personality. xD Pity and "Poor baby" is NOT what he does. It's not what makes me feel better, so why would he be like that? x3


Princely: I think so? IDK, I tend to have a knack for formfinding - and there are a few forms that have reached a crisis point for me: namely bushy-tailed woodrat and marine otter.

I certainly could fill out an otter vibe - not necessarily a rodent vibe (but I'm much more twitchy and softspoken offline than on), but that's my take on it?

Re: Foer - I constantly go "AM I A RACCOOOOON?!?" because of that - I had a fursona, back before even really knowing of the furry community - and lo and behold my 'sona was a raccoon named Rhisi (again, the name came before the daemon in my case). Though I'm pretty much assured in my non-corgi-dom, form wise. Doesn't stop me from parading around in corgi form all the time. xD

All the points in the coondog analyses fit me in a vaccuum, but I apparently give off a different vibe to little ballsy fluffdoggers and when you apply the analysis practically some things start to slip. When you get things like 'solitary but attached to your friends' and 'silly and playful' and things like that they can come from either coondog or bintie analysis, but it's the degree to which these are expressed that makes me bintish. How important those traits are when ranked in order of importance. Those things like Ash's Titles highlight that pretty well...though I'd say I (and male binturongs in general, and probably females too) have bits of Pack Horse, Nurturer, Go-Between, Antagonizer, Drifter and Entertainer I would rank them in a particular order which would be different to people with very similar but slightly different forms. Vay puts Entertainer first on the coondog list, and though binturongs are piles of silly when they're around their people it isn't my top title. I think it'd probably be equal third with Drifter personally. Or maybe slightly higher.
