Akecheta closed his eyes. "Ragon, he's running out of power to keep me here."

Bird closed her eyes.

Shadow whimpered.

Night curled around her.

(Moon is a male pup. Lilac is the only fea of the litter.)

Crow did too.

Akira didn't let go.

Raven's eyes widened in disbelief. "W-what?" She choked out in a whisper.

Shadow stopped whining.

Bird sighed happily.

"Rāgon is fading, and, if he fades I'm next to take his place. But, I won't be here if he fades. He's using all his power to keep me here, which is making fade. I don't want to leave, I really don't." Akecheta replied. "Because, I found someone who cares, whether I live or die...."

Raven sighed and pressed close to him, keeping her face burried in his fur. I've already lost my parents and my sister. Crow and Akecheta are all i have left! She thought.

Akira looked over at Shadow, then got up and padded over to him. She gently licked his ear.

Crow snapped out of his dosing at the sound of his pup's cry. He got up, careful not to wake Bird, and picked up SongBird. He then put her back beside her siblings and licked her.
