Jsyk, Kitty, language doesn't really need "cleaning". ;D Yes, we're all raised differently and all that jazz, but there's no such thing as a "bad" word, just words that have powerfully positive and powerfully negative effects. I don't really think there's a point in "cleaning" your daemon's language when no-one but you can hear her. Not only is there anything wrong with cursing out loud (in certain settings), there's definitely nothing at all wrong with cursing in your head. It's not going to be heard unless you encounter a telepath, and word on the grave-pine (;D) is they're a rare folk to encounter these days.
Anyways, I've just realized that it'd be kinda hard to have a daemon who wasn't stable/settled as something that can fly. I've been crisising somewhat lately, but I can't seem to shake the bird-ness off me, or something. Hah, if I didn't have a bird daemon it'd be kinda hard to be a witch, come to think of it. A poodle/hound (I always figured if I had to be a dog I'd love to be a standard poodble or an Afghan hound) can't exactly fly over land and water, lolo. Of course, plenty of people's daemons are non-flying things, but then again, they aren't witches. They must have other ways of getting things done, hm. Also lol, if daemons were corporeal I'd love to "enslave" mine, except what with having wings and stuff he wouldn't be much good for getting a lot of stuff done for me; a monkey or some such would be better.
