Russia looked at him and nodded, "Yeah, it is nice to watch." He admitted with a nod, but the Prussians comment hadn't helped the red on his face, "Da. Laika." He murmured quietly, "I never wanted the same curetly to be fall another animal and so, da these little guys fill the hole she left me." He murmured with a small sigh, "And thats exactly why I got them, no matter what they'd never end up dying on me... Thats what I was always scared of happening to her... Not of old age but some horrible fate and... That was how she went, idiots decided they were going to send a dog to the moon my dog... I told them it was wrong they shouldn't, but they took her Gilbert, right from me, and they sent her up... She came down..." He murmured with a sigh as he shook his head and looked down, "I've always worried the same would happen if I got another, any pet, and they would stop on my heart, I don't know if I could handle that again."

Italy looked at him and smiled, "Ve~ I'm glad Lovi. I'm glad you'll always have someone other then me to fall on..." He murmured again quietly before looking over at Germany, "Ve~ Yup." He said with a smile before glancing at his brother and closing his eyes and snuggling up to his brother.

((Happy New Year Kitten! And slow posts might occur, i'm doing some drawing practice on my tablet~))

"Well that's alright then, because i kinda like watching the stuff. It's a lot better then having to walk around in it for ages." Prussia said as he glanced at Russia from time to time, seeing him blush really was weird. He flicked the screen down and turned to listen to Russia, seeing as he was being nice enough to tell the Prussian what happened, he thought he would be a little polite and actually listen. "Oh... Oh wow, that really is rough dude..." He said with a frown, "I'm sure nothing like that would ever happen again though, living in fear is just stupid... You gotta risk a little to live a little." he said as he placed the DS down and took Gilbird off his head. "All pets won't live forever, something could happen to take them early, or they could die of old age. I know this little guys not gunna be with me forever, he'll stay with me in memory but i'll move onto a new bird~" He said as he lightly stroked Gilbird with a grin on his face. "That was some pretty awesome advice Ivan, you better have listened!"

"Guhhh quit getting all sappy..." Romano grumbled, "It's annoying." he said as he opened an eye to look at Italy, then Germany. "Get cleaning then, stop loafing." He said as he closed his eyes again, a small smirk on his face as his brother cuddled up to him.

Denmark eventually woke up due to hunger, his stomach was killing him so he sat up with a frown. "Stupid body..." He grumbled as he stood up and stretched a little to try and wake up, ignoring the pain from his stomach.

((Happy New Year Other Kitten~ Okay, I'm playing some video games, so same for me :3))

Russia let out a small sigh, and nodded, "I know Prussia, I know... I know I have to risk somthing, I know pets die... But somthing about the death of someone or somthing close to me, I'd rather not suffer through it again." He murmured quietly to the other, he could feel himself choke abit on the words he managed to stomach out next, "B-But no matter w-what, n-nothing could ever replace them... B-But still, n-no matter what w-we will k-keep t-them in our h-heart." He said with a sigh before looking at the small bird, "N-No Prussia, if you keep him near your heart, in your thoughts and memories... T-Then, h-he'll always be with you." He said with a small smile as his eyes scanned the small yellow bird with a smile. He nodded, "Thats what they told me with her... Maybe I was just too upset at the loss of somthing close to me to really take in the fact." He murmured quietly.

Italy quietly laughed as he closed his eyes and shook his head, snuggling into the others warmth as he yawned slightly.

Norway faintly heard the couch creak and stood up, opening the back door and walked out into the living room, closing the door behind him. He had a slightly redish blush to his face as he walked over to the Dane, head hung, "D-Den... I'm sorry." He murmured quietly to the other, "I'm sorry about what I said before, please forgive me." He murmured with a frown.

"Remind me to never get close to you then, seeing as i'm just a human nowadays i don't really want you crying over the awesome me when i'm gone~" Prussia mumbled with a small laugh, placing Gilbird on his head again, "Well this Gilbird will stay in my mind, they all do. I just tend to not dwell on the deaths, they will all pass on eventually and as long as i've made memories with each little guy it's alright..." he rambled as he picked up the DS and opened it to start playing again. "Well if you ever wanted another pet, i wouldn't mind coming along and picking an awesome one with you. If not, when i come over you can play with Gilbird and stuff? After he gets to know a person he can be pretty cute and fun~" He explained as he started to play with the virtual dogs again, a small smile on his face.

Germany looked over at the two before going back to cleaning, "Don't fall asleep you two, the food should be ready soon, remember?" he said to the Italian's with a small smile, kind of expecting Romano's snappy reply of: 'shut it, i know what i'm doing!'

Denmark looked over at Norway when he came into the room, "Hey Norge." he said with a small smile before letting out a small sigh. "Why are you saying sorry? You were just saying what you thought so there's no need to apologise for it." He lightly placed a hand on the other Nordics shoulder. "Quit freaking out, okay?"

((No, you'll always just be that 'other kitten' to me XD But talking to yourself is so fun~ I've been playing Kingdomhearts 3D DDD, Far cry 3 and... Sonic generations... Also I just went sledding sorry for being off for a bit X3 Prussia even though you're awesome and happy, theirs really depressing undertones of what you are talking about D: Also, Gilbird 1, Gilbird 2, Gilbird 3, Gilbird 4, Gilbird 5, Gilbird 6... XD How does Prussia denote the different Gilbirds? How would you know which Gilbird you had which memory with? XD ))

Russia looked at him rather hurt, "Prussia... You can have some of my land if you'd like, you don't need to do anything for me... You don't need t-to do anything t-to get it... Just if you want it." He murmured quietly with a frown, before looking at him, "Maybe, one time I'll work up enough courage to get another dog. Then we can go and get one." He sugguested with a small smile, "I bet, he looks cute." He murmured quietly to the other with a small smile as he leaned back and glanced at the Ds watching the dogs play with a small smile.

Italy opened his eyes and nudged his brother slightly with a whimper, before smiling and Germany, "Don't worry, we're on top of it." He murmured with a small smile as he nodded to the German and closed his eyes again as he snuggled up to his brother.

Norway looked at him," Denmark..." He murmured quietly, "But the way I said it... I was bring rude and..." He sighed shaking his head, "Denmark, okay." He murmured quietly as he gently hugged the other with a frown, "Please don't be mad." He murmured quietly to the other with a small sigh.

"I'm fine, if things ever go sour i don't really want you ripping my hopes and dreams right from under my feet... Anyway, i don't really care if i'm not a nation anymore. It's my little brothers time to shine so if i waltz back into the picture i'll out shine him~" Prussia explained with a small smile, leaning back on the couch, "Sounds like a good idea to me, i'll help you pick out an awesome little puppy to train up! Oh dude, like a husky, those things need like loads of love and attention and a bonus of being alright with snow!" he looked over at Russia then back at the DS. He honestly was finding it a bit weird to how much they were bonding, all over stupid little things like pets, "Yeah, this ones a whole lot fluffier than the others, he's like a little yellow pom pom." he said, laughing a little as the small bird started to cheep and flap it's wings. "I'm totally calling you that now Gilbird! That's your nickname."

"Alright Italia, if you are sure." Germany replied to him with a nod, choosing to ignore the other Italian's comment and take the higher ground.

Romano frowned a little and nudged his brother back, "I was just telling the truth, don't get your panties in a twist." he mumbled to his brother with a small huff.

Denmark lightly wrapped an arm around the man with a sigh, "It's fine Norge..." he reassured with a small nod. "Now quit getting worked up over something small and let go... I need food." He said as he looked down at him with a smile, fairly tempted to ruffle the others hair but now wanting to get in trouble for removing his hat.

Russia looked at him, "I wouldn't." Was the only word that would escape his lips, but he nodded slowly with a sigh, "I understand Prussia." He said with a nod,"Da sounds good to me, I'll see if I can work up enough courage to get one, but maybe next time you come over we can go over and see if we can pick out a dog or some animal." He said with a smile as he nodded. He managed to fully smile at the small fluffy bird, he slowly lifted one finger towards the bird, but kept it far enough to show he wasn't a threat before lightly stroking the chicks soft fluffy head with a smile, " I can tell~" He said with a small smile.

Italy looked at Germany and smiled before closing his eyes, "Ve~ Please don't be so mean." He murmured quietly as he shook his head to his brother.

Norway looked at him, "Okay Denmark." He murmured quietly as he removed his arms from around the man and let go backing up, "So are you looking to just grab yourself somthing. Order or what?" He asked with a small smile as he tilted his head.

(((X)w(X) Hehe~ Oh my gosh Russia need a dog like that, it's adorable and it's bright blue eyes!! Prussia would definitely come over more if there was a cute little puppy like that at Russia's.))

"It's alright Ivan, don't worry about it." Prussia insisted with a small nod, being careful of Gilbird, "Well if there ever was a problem i could look after the animal for a little while, then it would be safe." he suggested to the Russian, "Yeah, next time i'm over we'll head to somewhere to look at animals." he said in a happy tone, kinda of liking the DS game Russia was letting him play. He glanced at the man when he got a little closer, moving to stroke the small chick, "Be careful..." he mumbled, smiling a little when he saw the man happy, a good sign that Gilbird hadn't been bitten by the small bird.

Romano lightly wrapped an arm around his brother, "I'm not being mean Feli." he mumbled back to him, trying not to get too annoyed at his brother or Germany. "If i was being mean i would be shouting and junk."

"I dunno, i was just gunna rummage around for food and eat as i go, my stomach literally feels like it's being stabbed right now." Denmark explained to him with a small shrug, "We can order something if you want though, i'll just need to snack while we wait for the delivery." he smiled a little at Norway before heading into the kitchen.

((O.O Oh my goodness... Yes I know <3 Albino Huskies are so cute with their albino-ness and their blue eyes. They're like a milky sky blue they are so cute~ Okay apprently they are not albino, but white huskies, but still :3))

Russia nodded, "That would be nice." He murmured with a small smile, "Thank you." He said with a nod, "Da, that seems like a nice thing to do, atleast a nice way to spend the day and maybe end up getting an animal." He said with a small smile, "I am no worries." He murmured with a smile as he gently gave the small bird another small stroke before placing his hand back down by his side, and smiled, "I'm good with animals, I always have been, I always make sure not to scare them." He said with a small smile as he nodded to the other and looked back over at the DS.

Italy looked at him and shook his head, "Ve~ I know, but you could be a bit gentler couldn't you?" He asked with a small smile as he yawned.

Norway looked at him and smiled slightly, "I know the feeling, I don't mind if you want to rummage and find somthing or order Pizza or take out and snack." He murmured with a shrug, "So do what you'd like." He said with a small smile as he nodded to the other.

"No problem Ivan, i don't really mind looking for a pet with you, it'll be cool looking at all the animals." Prussia replied to him with a small shrug, "Huh, i guess there was nothing to really worry about." he mumbled as he watched Russia with a small smile. "I always kinda thought you hated animals... But i really was wrong, so yeah i'm sorry. I had you all wrong."

Romano let out a small huff, "Fine, fine..." he mumbled back to his brother. "I'll try and be a little nicer to the potato head... But don't get grumpy at me if i fail at it, i'm not used to being nice to idiots."

Germany let out a small huff, getting a little annoyed at being called an idiot.

"Take out and snacks sound good to me." Denmark said as he started to look round the cupboards for food to snack on, "Do you wanna get Pizza? Seeing as that's the first thing you suggested~" he let out a small laugh. "Or we could get some Chinese? Your choice, i'm happy with whatever!"
